The details: Having recently moved to the North Bay, when my mechanic diagnosed a failed Data Communications Module (DCM) on my 2019 Outback, he referred me to a Service Bulletin put out by Subaru regarding this issue. I made an appointment with Subaru of Fairfield and their team were complete pros: David, the Service Advisor, took in my car and kindly provided me with a loner; Ron, the Service Manager, confirmed my mechanic's diagnosis and had a new DCM sent overnight from another Subaru dealership in the Western US. Subaru Fairfield installed a new DCM and Subaru battery the next day (pictured).
The dealership is top notch - beautiful showroom, first-rate parts department, and comfortable lounge. I highly recommend Fairfield Subaru!”
“My vehicle was having intermittent starting issues when I pressed the engine start button, and the rear light was also not working. I had previously taken the vehicle to both the Jeep dealership and a mechanic shop in Suisun near La Cabana; however, the issues were not fully resolved.
One day, while I was at Fairfield Tire Center to have a light bulb replaced, I mentioned the ongoing problems and asked who they trusted locally. They recommended Good Guys. My son had taken his vehicle there before and had a positive experience.
When I brought my vehicle to Good Guys, they were very thorough. They kept the vehicle until the issue could be replicated and waited until it would not start. The vehicle was there for about two weeks while they diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary parts. When I got my vehicle back, it started properly and the rear light was working as well. I highly recommend the Good Guys.”

Brought my vehicle in last month with a somewhat complex repair that required replacing the rear passenger door and cutting into the back panel to fix damage from my accident. My vehicle came back with no signs of repair, a seamless job. This team was great to work with, as well. Updated me regularly on the repair/parts time line and truly have amazing customer service. “Oh my goodness I've never loved having my Audi repaired until I was referred by a friend to Motoring Specialists!! First, they diagnosed perfectly. Then they came and picked me up first class in a BMW to drive me to their place to pick up a free loaner car. They kept me updated throughout. When my car was all repaired, they washed it and left a thoughtful GIFT in my cupholder! What?! Their price was reasonable and their service was TEN STAR!! Kaylee, at the front desk was so happy and cheerful and smart - just the best. And it's truly a FAMILY business. I couldn't be happier and OH - the oil change was to perfection as well. I love everything about Motoring Specialists!!!”

“First of all let me say i have bad luck with cars and shops because it's hard to find good honest help nowadays evan tho your paying people just don't care they will do u wrong for there own personal cheap ass gain BUT NOT VINCE nope he's a good guy. My transmission went out on my K900 Kia parts recalled no used transmissions in stock. So I came to Vinnie and he said he could rebuild it which was my only option I was skeptical from my own past traumas but as thi gs unfolded I leaned that Vince was here to help me not to get me he not only fixed my car he found the problem causing the problem that nobody else found. Told me about it showed me the code on the machine explained to me the ins and outs of what was happening with my transmission brought alot of clarity to my issue got my reimbursement from my insurance which I couldn't get without his finding and his assistance with the claim. Long story short he fixed my car. The money I paid for the transmission I got thst back in my pocket and a couple of other things gs fixed on my car through insurance all becoming of his finding im over happy with this shot and will be giving him a fat tip for all his help his honesty and just for being a great human that stands on business, guarantees his wk and is a man of his word i appreciate u vince. ?”

“Wrench Works is my go to auto mechanic in Vacaville. Always priced fair and work completed correct in a timely fashion. I worked with Matt and Christian I believe.
I was told when I booked the appointment they would have my vehicle done the same day. Due to the parts requiring a stocking fee they explained they hadn’t ordered them which I understood when I dropped off my vehicle. But they went above and beyond and drove to two different locations to pick up my parts and still have my vehicle completed the same day and time they originally told me.
Also they could have charged me for rear brakes. But told me I still had life left on them and recommended I hold off. These guys are honest and I would highly recommend them to anyone reading this.”
