I am a long time customer and I've learned to be patient and wait for him to serve my circumstance. I am not savy with the online services that are offered and he always makes any potential frustration disappear. He is always patient and kind and explains my circumstances well. In that case I had to take it all off and the woman helping me Kiki (or Keke sorry didn't ask for spelling) offered to help which I respectfully declined because of how bad I felt. My personal opinion. If it's an important matter, schedule ahead. If you can wait, then just walk in. But remember, this branch covers a whole northern area. So be mindful of that information and plan ahead. Be nice, be courteous, be kind.”
“My first time today at this location. It was very clean and spacious. There were only 2 tellers working and a long line. The line moved somewhat quickly. I was able to withdrawal my birthday funds without fuss or issue. The teller was polite. This Travis Location is located on Harbison Dr, in the same parking lot as Target. Parking lot is small and was packed when I arrived. There are ATMs outside. I never used them and can't speak on my experience with them.”

“First off, let me state that my standards are extremely high when it comes to customer service; it is extremely hard to find genuinely kind people these days. On Travis AFB, I highly recommend you seek out Mr. Ta'Lon McKinley at the Travis Credit Union across from the BX. This young man was well spoken, made great eye contact, reassured my needs and "actually" followed through with what he said. He is a Senior Financial Service Representative at this branch, and it if wasn't for him; I would have walked away. He took the time to actively listen and then respond; explaining my financial needs (auto financing) thoroughly. He closed the deal by making phone-calls and sending out emails keeping me informed every step of the way! Management, keep your eye on this young man; he's going places and needs to be groomed for higher levels. A Million Thanks to Ta'Lon and thanks to Travis Credit Union!”
