“Had 1 or more TPMS sensors going bad. Got a quote from 2 different shops for the sensors and 500.00 to have them installed. Big Discount Tires did the entire thing for less than just the labor the others wanted to charge. Got me in there 10 mins after I first called and was done in 1.5 hours. Everything fixed, no issues, no hassles.
Yeah next time I need anything tire related they will be my first stop.”

The following morning I used a different site to get quotes and Diaz Tire had the best price and quick service. Roel is so wonderful to work with and explained everything so well.
Fast forward to today - I ran over something that made a loud noise as I drove. Subaru was going to charge me $500, bit Roel and his dad took care of it like that! They were so friendly. “This place saved my butt. Coming down 80 on the way home to the South Bay on a Saturday night and we (my 18 year old son was driving) get an emergency tire pressure warning telling us to pull over. Turns out we had a nasty crack in the sidewall and there’s no way we could continue on. We limped to a fleabag motel (only place nearby with rooms) to spend the night, hoping we’d be able to find a fix the next morning (Sunday!). The nearby Firestone did not have the size for my Tesla Model S in stock.
Called Tire Depot, got an answer right away, and they DID have the size I needed. 1 hr later we’re back on the road.
Great tire shop, highly recommend.”

As soon as I pulled up the guy came right out and saw that it was a screw in my tire. They took it right in and fixed it within 20 min. Highly recommend this place.”

“I had a great experience! I need two tractor tires, and they had just what I needed. I had looked for some at other dealers, but East Bay had them in stocks at a better price. I was also able to buy two new valve stems at what I thought was a low price. The tires are 12.4x24#, R 1. This is a warehouse experience so it took the left hand a little longer to talk to the right hand and get the tires out of the warehouse. It was lunch time, which may have been the issue, so no complaints. They brought the tires and placed them in the bed of my truck. I was a little anxious about that because I was pretty sure I could not lift them. I will get where I need them, then have Les Schwab get them on the tractor. I hung out with three or four employees while waiting for the tires. They were all polite, professional, and good natured. I will be happy to buy tires from them in the future. They are located in Fairfield off Air Base Parkway. They are easy to find and close to U.S. 80.”

“A few days ago I would have left a totally different review, but the backstory, My car was making a knocking sound and I made an appt and they replaced my rear shocks and struts and two back tires, over the course of two days since the part needed to be ordered. I Picked up the car after spending $850 & noticed the next morning it was still making a knocking sound so I called and was told to bring it in and they will recheck it.
When I dropped it off I had the worst experience with the woman at the front desk named Doreen. She had the worst attitude and cut me off in the middle of my sentence and said “okay we’ll check it out” then started to walk off. (I’ve been there 3 separate times at this point and witnessed 3/4 rude customer interactions by Doreen) But I left the car and by 530pm I didn’t hear anything yet so I called and Doreen at first couldn’t even find my car. Placed on hold for 5 minutes (assumed she was looking for it)was told they didn’t have time to get to it even though they didn’t get it right the first time.
I picked it up and Doreen wasn’t accommodating, and didn’t try to fix the situation that they got wrong and told me to make another appt and tried to give me a whole different set of keys that weren’t mine.
Here is the reason I’m leaving the 5 star review, I decided to give Les Schwab one more try as I’ve been coming here for years, I called on Friday morning and spoke with Elizabeth, explained what has been happening and the terrible experience I’ve been having with Les Schwab.
Elizabeth told me I could bring it in that same day but I couldn’t come in Friday due to my schedule but she let me know Saturday morning was also available to make the situation right. I came in Saturday morning at 8:15 am and my car was diagnosed/fixed and ready by 9:58 am. Not only was Elizabeth accommodating she was friendly, had great attention to detail and she fixed the issue that wasn’t done the first 3 visits.
After dealing with 3 separate visits I was ready to cut my ties with Les Schwab and Elizabeth kept me as a loyal customer and flipped my negative experience into a VERY POSITIVE one! And she’s a NEW EMPLOYEE, already deserves a RAISE ! Please get more employees like Elizabeth!!!!”

Today my vehicle went in at 10:48 a.m. and done by 11:17 a.m., allowing me shopping time. My incredibly knowlegeable technical advisor today was Marcus who had been one of my Armijo English students in 2009. Though my Michelin tires purchased were not on sale, I am thoroughly pleased with the 80,000 mile warranty and the full range of auxiliary services guaranteed with this reasonably-priced set of 4 new tires that makes me so glad to be a long-time CostCo member! “I was having car trouble a couple weeks ago, passing through town alone from the Bay Area. I had 2 1/2 hours more to go. A warning light came on saying “AC off due to high engine temp”. Also, my temperature gauge and AC stopped working. It was a hot Sunday, which was concerning knowing that most places are not typically open. I was so grateful to find out that Firestone in Vacaville was indeed open! I pulled up to the back of the building and was greeted by Paul and John. I have nothing but good things to say about these two gentlemen. They were very attentive, patient, caring about my situation being alone and far from home, and jumped right on the issue. They immediately ran some diagnostics and discovered a malfunctioning electronic programming issue. They resolved it, and even gave me the electronic error code that my car generated, so I could provide it to my mechanic when I got home. My engine did not overheat, and the temperature gauge and AC began working properly again! They didn’t charge me for the visit, and then sent me on my way with comfort that I would have a safe drive home. Thank you Paul, John & Firestone for your exceptional service!”
