“Baller Hardware has been my go to hardware store and plant shop since they opened in HLP a few years ago. Staff is always super friendly and helpful + prices are great. Parking is available in the back lot.
I really want to emphasize that the indoor and outdoor plant shop here is truly outstanding. The owners consistently have the best selection of plants for amazing prices (they even offer pretty frequent plant sales with significant discounts). My wife and I have filled our yard and house with Baller plants and they all are super happy, healthy, and beautiful.
Special shout out to Keith who works in the plant department and is always very friendly, happy, knowledgeable, and helpful. He’s there almost every time we visit and he’s given us great advice on keeping our plants healthy and he even pots our plants very nicely for us when we purchase a plant + pot together (pictured). Thank you, Keith! And Ballers!”

“Eagle Tools is my “go-to” vendor for professional woodworking tools. I’ve have been going there for years and I’m constantly impressed with their quality, selection and service. The store is extensive and masterfully organized. They are customer centric and regularly provide demo days and interactive product training. “I don't get out that way too often but when I do visit this shop I always find the item that I need and even found a Shindaiwa sprayer which has lasted at least 15 years so far in professional use. It did require a new hose at one point and the owner of this shop happened to have the exact hose all for a very good price. I just wish they were closer to me. I usually have to go to (the horrible) "Simon's" shop or to Johns.”

I went to H for a box of 3/4 in black foam pipe insulation. they wanted to charge me about $370. I went to Apex it was $68. also I went there for one black pipe fitting. it was about $25. it was six and a half dollars at Apex.”
