They went above and beyond servicing my BMW. The team ordered specialty replacement tires specific to my vehicle, installed new brake pads, and professionally resurfaced my brake rotors to restore them rather than automatically replacing them. I truly appreciated that level of honesty and expertise.
Sean was incredibly knowledgeable and transparent. He easily could have recommended replacing the rotors at a much higher cost, but instead gave thoughtful, professional advice that prioritized what was actually necessary. That integrity is rare and deeply appreciated.
Paula was also amazing — extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful. She got me scheduled quickly and made the entire payment process smooth and stress-free. Communication throughout the process was clear and professional.
To top it off, they completed the work a full day earlier than expected and returned my car fully detailed inside and out. It genuinely looked brand new when I picked it up.

I like the videos they send for updates of what was done for my car. I didn’t have to wait at the service center and I was able to have my car picked up for service from my home and even able to use a provided ride share to pick up my car at the end of the day. William was the service advisor helping me and he was so nice, communicative, patient, and helpful the whole time I had my car in for service from start to finish.
