“Our family loves snow skiing, and I have had my eye on an new pair of skis. I went to Green Room for the first time last week to look at Rossignol Free Bender 110's. I was NOT going to buy, just looking. Then I met Marty. He asked me to sit down and tell him about my skiing experience and skill level and interest. We then talked about the skis, and he knew all about the gear.

I bought the Rossi's and a pair of cool poles and the Look bindings I admire at a fine price. The next day Marty calls me and says they just got in the 2025 bindings that would be a better fit for my skis. They also match the color scheme. Super cool. He did not need to call and I am so glad he did. The mounting guy in the mounting shop talked to me about my skis and skiing style and we settled on the mounting position for the bindings.

Back to Marty, he then comes back and shows me some nice ski wear I might like. I then bought a new ski jacket and matching ski pants. Then I looked at helmets. They taught me all about helmets and I tried a few that would fit by big noggin. Nope - I am still gonna ski in a cap! I hate helmets.

I brought my son over to look for gear. Wayne cooked us a few hot dogs in the parking lot and is a proud Marine helping out the store, very pleasant experience. My son bought ski clothing for his wife as a gift. We selected the wrong size for her, and the same day they went back and the attentive sales lady made sure she got just what she wanted. It is a great place to great ready for the ski season. Thank you Marty and the staff.”

“Wish I would have worked with Dave before other bike fits over the years but I am SO happy that I did it now. Have been riding/training for a couple decades and my new position and bike specs feel like I went from a Ford to a Ferrari. “My Bikeyoke Revive 2 Dropper post broke at the foot where it actuates up and down. Pro Bike Supply had the best price anywhere on a replacement foot.

I did have to shorten the actuating rod in order to have the new foot function properly but that's just part of working on your mountain bike.

I will look to Pro Bike Supply again for parts.”

I only wrote it once and there was some issues, knowing that the company is rectifying the problem at first it seemed like it was a problem trying to communicate with this company, but came to realize when it comes to customer-service and talking to other places that retail bikes this was excellent service. They were willing to video chat with me. They contacted me through my email and in person on the phone which in this industry speaking of bicycles is very unheard of so five stars to this company ,and I really do like the bike enough to talk them up so much with a local bike company. They would like to become a dealer in the area because they have lots of trikes on their line Which is something that’s not really readily available in Reno Nevada.

“My motor went out on my 2023 Santa Cruz Heckler. Ozzy order me a new motor from Shimano and worked with them to get it set up correctly and the warranty. I also had squeaky suspension and he knew that the bearings needed to be replaced so I asked him to swap the old ones with new ones. My Shimano screen had a crack in it and I asked if he could replace it and he did. Lastly, I could not get my rear brakes to work as well as they did when new and he was able to make that happen too. I did a test run outside of the shop and my bike feels brand new again ???????????????? Super stoked on the integrity, professionalism, and passion this shop has for their customers and their bikes.”

“I was looking for a new e-bike and so glad I stumbled across this Pedego dealer while lunching in CDM. These guys are not only very knowledgeable and professional but very kind and funny! I worked with Evan and he was fabulous. Ask for him. They didn’t have what I was looking for in stock but Evan sat down with me at the computer and helped me custom build my bike. He explained every feature and help me make the right decision what I needed vs what I didn’t truly need. He ordered it and it arrived a few days later. When I went to pick it up, it was literally 5 minutes before closing. Evan still took all the time necessary to show me everything, even though he was technically off the clock. Fantastic service, friendly and fun! Although I have a Pedego dealer in my own city, I will drive to CDM because they are so good at what they do. Now Evan is going to help me pick out accessories. “I had an amazing experience bringing my mom’s vintage Cannondale road bike here for a restoration. The bike was originally purchased in Germany in the mid-1980s and my mom used to ride it to CSULB every day, so it has a lot of sentimental value for our family.

They took the time to listen to the story behind the bike and made a real effort to preserve as many of the original components as possible while still making it safe and rideable again. “LBS can be great; but are a mixed bag as employees come and go - you might end up a repair that falls short. If you want the confidence that comes with going to a bike shop run by professionals who have expertise with high-end bikes and a passion for cycling - and for getting you back out on the road - then Stage 21 is the place to go! Relatively new to tubeless tires on my new Cervelo R5. Clogged valve on my Reserve wheel and needed some help. Mike's expertise and knowledge was quickly on display as he disassembled the valve and explained the issue. Mike even took time to show me the complexity of the valve, its' design, and the cause! Couldn't be happier, or more confident! Couple of bike shops much closer but the team at Stage 21 makes it well worth the drive! Thanks Mike!”

“Got a great condition Santa Cruz Nomad n4 CC from MTB Custom Builds and couldn’t be more stoked on how it came out. Ali’s main focus was to build the frame up exactly how I wanted it. He has parts distributors and puts these complete bikes together to get you a great custom bike built to your preferences.I highly recommend MTB Custom builds, especially if you want to buy a very nice used bike and to spec the parts to your liking (not used parts, new or takeoff parts, which is unheard of buying used). Ali put the bike together with me and got it dialed in, I had a say in every part he put on the frame.Also, Ali has many options so you can save some cash on that dream frame you want.Bottom line - Ali is a great guy and I enjoyed spending time in his shop talking bikes and building my new dream frame up, I highly recommend his services to anyone who is into MTB, he has tons of experience building bikes and KNOWS HIS STUFF, you really can’t go wrong.”
