“Brought in an old bike that they were able to squeeze more life out of, then bought another one from them that they helped walk me through. The amazing staff, consistently great customer service, and fast turnaround times make me HIGHLY recommend Trek Tustin!”

“Our family loves snow skiing, and I have had my eye on an new pair of skis. I went to Green Room for the first time last week to look at Rossignol Free Bender 110's. I was NOT going to buy, just looking. Then I met Marty. He asked me to sit down and tell him about my skiing experience and skill level and interest. We then talked about the skis, and he knew all about the gear. I bought the Rossi's and a pair of cool poles and the Look bindings I admire at a fine price. The next day Marty calls me and says they just got in the 2025 bindings that would be a better fit for my skis. They also match the color scheme. Super cool. He did not need to call and I am so glad he did. The mounting guy in the mounting shop talked to me about my skis and skiing style and we settled on the mounting position for the bindings. Back to Marty, he then comes back and shows me some nice ski wear I might like. I then bought a new ski jacket and matching ski pants. Then I looked at helmets. They taught me all about helmets and I tried a few that would fit by big noggin. Nope - I am still gonna ski in a cap! I hate helmets. I brought my son over to look for gear. Wayne cooked us a few hot dogs in the parking lot and is a proud Marine helping out the store, very pleasant experience. My son bought ski clothing for his wife as a gift. We selected the wrong size for her, and the same day they went back and the attentive sales lady made sure she got just what she wanted. It is a great place to great ready for the ski season. Thank you Marty and the staff.”

“Two Wheels One Planet is a great resource for my family. We purchased bikes and serviced bikes from other shops there. Will and his team always have great advice and solid recommendations. They listen, understand our needs, and deliver the best options without overselling.”

“My motor went out on my 2023 Santa Cruz Heckler. Ozzy order me a new motor from Shimano and worked with them to get it set up correctly and the warranty. I also had squeaky suspension and he knew that the bearings needed to be replaced so I asked him to swap the old ones with new ones. My Shimano screen had a crack in it and I asked if he could replace it and he did. Lastly, I could not get my rear brakes to work as well as they did when new and he was able to make that happen too. I did a test run outside of the shop and my bike feels brand new again ???????????????? Super stoked on the integrity, professionalism, and passion this shop has for their customers and their bikes.”

“I had my ebike serviced here for the first time since purchase online. No quibbles from the owner even though I didn't buy from them. Excellent service and prompt delivery. It's a good idea to reserve an appointment online to get in the queue. Very friendly people. I needed a shop close to home so I could ride the bike in without a rack on my car. They have my future business for sure.”

“A couple days ago I was at Fullerton Bicycles and a guy named Kevin, i think that was his name, was very helpful in tightening up a screw for the kickstand of my Ozark Trail mountain bike (Walmart bike) that had become a little wobbly, and he did it for free. He also answered some of my questions I had on things like bike lights they have in stock and a knog scout tracker thing they sold. Kevin even tried looking for some bike tires for my bike and checked to see if they had any in stock even though I wasn’t planning on getting new tires that day, I was just curious to see what they had. Kevin did not seemed annoyed at all in helping me out and he wasn’t pressuring me into buying anything, and I am happy because of that. The other 2 guys at the shop that I noticed were cool as well , I didn’t get there name but they seemed friendly and let me look around without rushing me, one of them greeted me at the door when I came in and the other was at the register who also answered one of my questions while Kevin was looking for tires for my bike… I ended buying the Knog Scout tracker and I don’t regret it, I just wish better tracking devices would be invented by now cuz I had a couple bikes in the past that been stolen and will never see them again. You live and learn. So my next step is to Register my bicycles with the Anaheim Police Department. Anyways, I recommend this place to anyone looking for bike accessories or bike locks. Yes they have really good bike locks in stock, I still have mine that I bought 2-3yrs ago at Fullerton Bicycles, it’s a mini chain lock by Kryptonite, It’s very short in length but is all u need to lock ur bike frame around a pole or bike rack, costs around exactly $100 dollars or a little more probably, but its worth it.”

“Do yourself a favor and check out this shop. There are a lot of shops that have bikes and there are a lot that will promise you everything. Here is a shop and an owner that will stand by their product. They will treat you kindly and do their very best to get you into the right bike. If you are looking for a BMX bike, this is your spot. If you need help with the one you already own, this is still your spot! Let’s get out there and help support businesses like this that do right by those around them! Thanks for everything!”

“I had an amazing experience bringing my mom’s vintage Cannondale road bike here for a restoration. The bike was originally purchased in Germany in the mid-1980s and my mom used to ride it to CSULB every day, so it has a lot of sentimental value for our family. The team was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process. They took the time to listen to the story behind the bike and made a real effort to preserve as many of the original components as possible while still making it safe and rideable again. They also checked in about small details like colors, the water bottle cage, and anything that mattered to me before finishing the build. When I picked it up, it honestly looked like a brand new bike. They removed all the rust, cleaned everything up beautifully, and it rides incredible. You can tell they genuinely love bikes and take pride in their work. Highly recommend this shop if you want mechanics who care about the bikes and the people riding them.”

“Juan was super helpful in lacing my E-Bike conversion hub to a front rim I had bought. He was very knowledgeable and gave me tips on what spokes I should have to support the weight of the hub. He was fast, although it's a week turnaround for wheel rebuilds, he did mine in 3 days since he knew I was going out of town. I would definitely recommend Cyclepro. Thanks Juan!”

“My Bikeyoke Revive 2 Dropper post broke at the foot where it actuates up and down. Pro Bike Supply had the best price anywhere on a replacement foot. I did have to shorten the actuating rod in order to have the new foot function properly but that's just part of working on your mountain bike. I will look to Pro Bike Supply again for parts.”

“I recently placed a large order with 5150 and am very happy with my entire experience. I was easily able to communicate with Phillip on building some wheels, pricing, and product availability. They ran out of hubs that I ordered, but they quickly communicated that more were on the way and still got my order out quickly. Even got a couple of nice to have freebies with the order and everything came as expected. And pricing was more than fair. 10/10 recommend this shop! Don’t buy anywhere else.”

“I didn't end up buying a bike here, but Cole was awesome. I went to a few different bike shops trying to get properly sized, and Cole was by far the most thorough. He took his time, was really methodical, and made sure I was actually comfortable on the bike instead of just giving me a quick size recommendation. He was also super kind and helpful the entire time and never made me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting people on the right bike. Really appreciate all the time and effort he put in.”

“I stumbled across this bike shop looking to get a vintage schwin tuned up. The owner went above and beyond to get my bike running. I was so impressed with the customer service I went there for a bike for my wife. The owner again was super helpful and bought a bike for my wife. Two years later we buy another bike, super last minute for the fourth of July. It was a used bike. We also bought some accessories that were out of stock. The bike had some minor issues which we all knew about and agreed to bring it back after the 4th when we picked up our accessories. I didn't make it back for nearly a year. I walked in there fully expecting to repurchase the accessories and pay for the repair because of how long it took me to return, totally my fault. Again the owner exceeded my expectations and made everything right. I am a loyal customer for life and will recommend to everyone who needs a bike, accessories or a tune-up go to the Unlikely Cyclist”

“I’ve ordered a few different things. Some hats, bottom bracket, bar end caps, a hoodie. Each came with a free gift and not some horse$h!t either. Legit cult stuff from the shop. I’m currently running a free pair of AK grips that came with my hats. Now on to the speed of their shipping. I ordered my hoodie Friday 8/21/26 morning around 9am eastern time. It was in my PO Box at 8am today 8/24/26…Monday. I’m in Massachusetts. That’s technically less than a full business day. Beyond impressed with their order fulfillment and shipping. I will always shop cult and tell other people to as well.”

“Local living here in the Balboa Peninsula for the last 5 years almost, and felt like it’s due time for me to come by and just say this is a great place to come do anything bicycle related. They have a shop with great prices and everyone that works there is just super nice and genuine. Never once have I gone there to get my bike repaired or fixed or even rent them out and thought for a second just because we’re in a more touristy area these guys would scam me or raise prices on me etc . I even think that they’re rental prices for bikes and most of the repairs I’ve done on my bike have been the same for the last four years. It goes to show you why in those years that I’ve lived here. This bike shop has been the only one to actually remain in business and everyone else has either closed up, moved, you name it . So thank you everyone for all your help and always being great people to talk to!”

“I showed up Christmas Eve with a bike I bought on marketplace for my daughter that had a bum tire. They took the time right before closing to change the inner tube for me and were able to get it done before closing time. I am forever grateful! Saved Christmas”

“Brought my tire in to fix a slow leak I’ve been experiencing. He took the time to diagnose the problem (small thorns causing pinhole leaks) and gave me a thorn resistant tube to help combat the problem going forward. Friendly, efficient and informative. Highly recommend this shop.”

“Newport Cruisers is hands-down the best bike shop in town! From the moment I walked in, Daniel was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help. Whether you’re looking to rent a beach cruiser for the day or buy a new ride to keep, they’ve got a great selection of well-maintained, stylish bikes at fair prices. What really stood out was their attention to detail and top-notch customer service. They took the time to make sure my bike was perfectly adjusted and even gave me some local tips on the best routes and scenic spots around Newport Beach. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The whole vibe of the shop is laid-back, fun, and totally beachy—just what you’d hope for in a coastal bike rental and sales spot. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend Newport Cruisers to anyone visiting or living in the area!”

“I love my BlueJay Bike. I bought it in Dec 2023 and have never looked back. I get compliments on it all the time and it can hold a lot of items with the front + back rack, plus the adorable basket!! I thought I was having battery issues about 3 years after I bought it. Turned out to not be the issue, but Meaghan was great with customer service. It did take a bit longer to hear back from her by email (small biz!), but by phone she was super responsive. I'm very grateful to Meaghan and BlueJay for all their support and quality product.”

“I was looking for a new e-bike and so glad I stumbled across this Pedego dealer while lunching in CDM. These guys are not only very knowledgeable and professional but very kind and funny! I worked with Evan and he was fabulous. Ask for him. They didn’t have what I was looking for in stock but Evan sat down with me at the computer and helped me custom build my bike. He explained every feature and help me make the right decision what I needed vs what I didn’t truly need. He ordered it and it arrived a few days later. When I went to pick it up, it was literally 5 minutes before closing. Evan still took all the time necessary to show me everything, even though he was technically off the clock. Fantastic service, friendly and fun! Although I have a Pedego dealer in my own city, I will drive to CDM because they are so good at what they do. Now Evan is going to help me pick out accessories. I love my new bike. I bought a white Avenue with black mag wheels. A big thumbs up to Pedego CDM!”

“1) Coolest shop. 2) Incredible and thorough bike fit. 3) Cutest dog I arrived for my bike fit (it was my first time there) and got to check out all the goodies. They carry Assos, MAAP, Pas Normal, Enve, Factor, Silca—all the greats. Then we got into the bike fit, and Ashley went from head to toe. We came to the conclusion that my cranks were too long and my bars too wide, but Ashley still got my bike, using its existing components, into a position where I can comfortably ride while my new parts are on order. I already knew I was going to buy new parts, but Ashley absolutely did not push anything onto me. He just gave me a priority list of things that would help me feel my best. I walked away understanding my physiology, why I ride the way I do, what to improve, and what to look out for going forward. Ashley was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and just a great person to hang with. If you want your bike dialed, come see Ashley!”

“Got a great condition Santa Cruz Nomad n4 CC from MTB Custom Builds and couldn’t be more stoked on how it came out. Ali’s main focus was to build the frame up exactly how I wanted it. He has parts distributors and puts these complete bikes together to get you a great custom bike built to your preferences.I highly recommend MTB Custom builds, especially if you want to buy a very nice used bike and to spec the parts to your liking (not used parts, new or takeoff parts, which is unheard of buying used). Ali put the bike together with me and got it dialed in, I had a say in every part he put on the frame. Also, Ali has many options so you can save some cash on that dream frame you want.Bottom line - Ali is a great guy and I enjoyed spending time in his shop talking bikes and building my new dream frame up, I highly recommend his services to anyone who is into MTB, he has tons of experience building bikes and KNOWS HIS STUFF, you really can’t go wrong.”
