Everyone was friendly but most important ... the car came out brand new. The attention to detail, the cleanliness and overall bodywork was amazing. It looks like when I drove it off the lot. I was very happy with the entire time and their handling of my car. I highly recommend them - they were again, fast/efficient and kept me in the loop of the process. “Had a minor fender bender/side swipe situation with my Miami Blue Macan. I did a little cross referencing at other body shops/collision centers and only Sterling had done work on the exact same paint and car as seen in the previous reviews.
I specifically worked with Vanessa, who is a veteran in dealing with insurance. She made sure we had the case/claim number to attach our details to the vehicle so that everything could move smoothly, even when the insurance didn't even know what she was talking about. Vanessa is fantastic to work with and she gave prompt updates on the status of the vehicle. She even showed me around the shop which gave me confidence to work with them after seeing how organized, clean, and professional their crew is.
Upon receiving my vehicle, it was washed and everything was clean. No extra miles and the gas level was where I left off (this may vary depending if vehicle sensors need calibrating). The damage virtually disappeared and I left extremely happy. I would absolutely work with them again and recommend to any who want their luxury/exotics fixed right as their shop regularly works with Porsches, Lamborghinis, Mclarens, etc.”

I called Tustin Body Works on a FRIDAY at noon and was told "come on over, we will take care of you" and they DID! The estimate, the time taken, and the quality of work were all above expectation, and I was kept in the loop the entire time while my door was being ordered and delivered. Thank you so much for saving me from a very embarrassing mistake!”
