“Wow! I am so impressed by the service here. Jason was truly the best here. I needed help printing out a document and he was patient and explained the whole process to me. This is definitely the most exceptional care I've gotten at any FedEx before. He also quoted me the most reasonable price that I did not even question it. He really took the time to answer my questions and even made sure to print a sample copy before he printed the actual copy, before having me commit to the sheet. I have never gotten anything printed by FedEx, but Jason has really done an amazing job here. I appreciate his diligence and patience in explaining things to me - it really helped me feel reassured. Highly recommend for any print job you might need!”

One of the best customer services from the older gentleman who does the live scan. He was careful and kept very professional while doing a live scan. He took care of all my copies properly. “Small mail shop run by a sweet old man named Terry. Shares the same plaza with Peter's Gourmade Burgers and a couple other businesses so parking might be a hit or miss. Came right before closing to do a Western Union pickup and Terry got the job done in less than a couple of minutes. Was very kind and a pleasure to talk to. The shop itself has a variety of services to offer and is very clean and organized. Would definitely come back and highly recommend!”
“This is my neighborhood UPS store after living near one for years in south county and loving the gals there! They were always friendly and went the extra moment to smile and be kind. I didn’t feel the people were nice or helpful the first few times I went in this store however, the past two times I have had the same guy and he was so pleasant. So shout out to Andrew! I am not sure if new owners or what. The store actually seems brighter and neater. Thank you for being kind.”
“Never have any problems here in the probably 7+ years I've been at this location. However, I also sell online and get a pre-pay label every time, so I just come here to drop off my packages. Long story short - yes, they're understaffed. I always only ever see three staff working in the front in this location. More than half of people's questions/problems here can be solved by reading the post office website for more information or googling. Closes at 5pm. Front desk area is only open I believe until 4pm, but I could be wrong. Worst times to come based on my experience is near lunchtime (12pm) and afternoon (3:45pm) on weekdays. I don't come on weekends because they're usually much busier. Staff have always been very helpful and courteous with me. Currently, the two drop off blue boxes you drive up to on the side of the post office are out of service because some lunatic keeps trying to steal mail from there, so only one remains and it's always locked.”
