“Super nice folks that work at Scooters. Never had an issue with getting my mail or packages. They have a better system in place than the Post Office…seriously! So much better than dealing with the long lines and crappy attitudes at the Post Office. Which just so happens to be right next door.”

“Small mail shop run by a sweet old man named Terry. Shares the same plaza with Peter's Gourmade Burgers and a couple other businesses so parking might be a hit or miss. Came right before closing to do a Western Union pickup and Terry got the job done in less than a couple of minutes. Was very kind and a pleasure to talk to. The shop itself has a variety of services to offer and is very clean and organized. Would definitely come back and highly recommend!”

“I was looking for a nearby shipping place and luckily stumbled upon this place. As soon as i walked in the staff was very welcoming and polite. After getting a quote on the price i was surprised by how cheap it was because previously, for the same package I was quoted double the amount in a place in garden grove. Make sure to bring cash because they are cash only but besides that Im happy with the service.”

“clean office location. very friendly and helpful service. I received help getting the right box sizes for items to ship, good explanation of what would be happening with my shipped items. The person at the counter had multiple people walk in right after me and communicated with all of us to keep things moving along.”

“Helpful staff, open on Sundays, easy returns - either automated if you have your package prepared, or the staff can package it for you - as far as I’m concerned the perfect ship center.”

“This is my neighborhood UPS store after living near one for years in south county and loving the gals there! They were always friendly and went the extra moment to smile and be kind. I didn’t feel the people were nice or helpful the first few times I went in this store however, the past two times I have had the same guy and he was so pleasant. So shout out to Andrew! I am not sure if new owners or what. The store actually seems brighter and neater. Thank you for being kind.”

“Nice Service, no long wait,@ that’s a breath of fresh air’ And the people who have been here since the beginning have not forgotten that we are not going back home until the end of June because they were going back home to get the money for the kids and they are still in their own home because we don’t know if they’re going home to be able to do anything else and they have to go to school so we have no idea how long they have been here”
