The staff greeted me promptly, confirmed my appointment, and clearly explained the process, including the estimated time for completion. Everything was handled in a professional, no-pressure manner, and they even checked my tire pressure and tread depth without being asked.
What stood out most was their attention to detail. They inspected my tires for any nails or damage, adjusted air pressure to the correct PSI, and made sure the wheel nuts were torqued to the manufacturer’s specification. The waiting area was clean, with comfortable seating and free Wi-Fi, making the short wait pleasant.
Pricing here is extremely competitive, especially considering the perks that come with Costco tire purchases, like free rotations, balances, and flat repairs for the life of the tire. Even if you didn’t purchase your tires at Costco, the rates are fair, and the service quality remains top-notch.
They also gave me a detailed service report, which is useful for keeping track of maintenance history. Overall, the Costco Tire Service Center delivers excellent value, dependable work, and courteous customer service. I will definitely return for future tire needs and recommend them to others seeking a reliable, trustworthy tire shop.”

Luis checked me in and was very courteous and called me soon as my car was ready to be picked up. I like not having to get back in the drop off line to pick up my car.
