Worst, most unprofessional bank I’ve ever encountered. I wish my loan was never sold to this place. Whoever answers the phone seems to have no home training or manners of any kind. They make it so difficult to make a payment on top of paying a $12 fee to use a card is ridiculous. Just raggedy.

I was reading some reviews on here. I make my car payment with this bank and I’ve never had a problem. They always answer my calls, and if I have any questions they answer. Don’t see what the issue is. Works for me !

Really bad service and management. They talk to you like they own the world and if you ever get to finance with them just RUUUN. They are super unprofessional.
