“The best and quickest service we've had at a UPS Store til date. Was looking for UPS stores in the area providing notary services as well as passport pictures and came across this location. Ami, I believe the store manager, did an amazing job helping us out. Upon arrival, she walked us through the process and explained everything along the way. She even took the extra efforts to make sure we had all the correct documents. Would definitely recommend this location for all your notary and passport services. P.S. Was surprised to learn this location has been around for 35 years or so.”

My go to spot for dropping off Ground packages (Fedex or UPS personally) and are a LIFE SAVER when I need a particular box size for something, or if my label won't scan, they can even relabel it for you for a VERY small cost (like under $2)”

“Every time I go to a place like a mailing office, I expect to receive poor service/not follow their own policies and have learned to kinda live with it, however, the staff from this location are a pleasant surprise, every single time I’ve been to this office, it’s been a fast, effective, and kind service. That being said, 6 out of the 7 times I’ve gone there, Rania is the staff member who I spoke to, keep up the good work!”
“You can drop off USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL here. No running around to multiple stores with your returns! What's even better, though, is that the manager knew that if I wanted to return a piece of clothing to a European store, he had to complete triplicate forms for customs. At another provider, they were just going to let me drop it off. Highly recommend Post 'N More -- it's under new ownership, so they're waiting to get their LiveScan approved, a very lengthy process through the gov't for them.”

“This Post Office is located in the San Leandro Plaza and is open on Saturdays!!When I do have to mail a package, this is where I go!! The main reasons for that is that they usually have multiple windows open and they are open on Saturdays, the only day that I really have time for this. Now, sometimes on said Saturdays there's a long line here, but it moves along decently.The postal workers here are friendly and polite also!!”

Yesterday however, the man at the desk said that my preprinted label was good for the postage but the box needed to be sealed with tape that he could sell me a roll for about $10. I went to a nearby shop and they had the kindness to seal the box with the tape most people in a shop/home have. UPS in NY always put a strip of tape as a courtesy.”
