“Marshall's is one of my go to shopping place. I can always find something from this store. They have good selection and many choices of anything and everything. Most of the the staff particularly Shantay was very helpful to us and very friendly. They keep the place very organized and the display ideas updated.”
“I want to give a huge thank you to Laurie for going above and beyond to help me when I lost my keys while shopping. After searching the store for nearly two hours and feeling like I was going crazy looking for them, Laurie took the time to help me search and genuinely cared about helping me find them.
What impressed me most was that she didn’t stop once the keys were found—she actually came out to the parking lot to locate me and make sure I got them back. That level of customer service is rare and made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier.”
“Only reason I would give 4 stars is because I hate the in store pick up because the orders are on the other side of the store which is a huge inconvenience for customers as well as the employees. I like the pick up via car, but it’s been hot and I hate doing that to employees. So they should set up a runner and or a section next to the employees so they can just hand it over. Poor girl had to take 10-15 minutes to walk back and forth.”

“I accidentally left my dress at home the other day, and had very limited time after work to find a solution as a recipient of an honor award. After trying a few places, my final option was Macys at the Colonies Crossroads. I now had just over an hour and had failed on 4 options. While hanging up the dresses, Candace assisted me, saw what I was looking for, and immediately began looking for alternate sizing in the back. She helped me shop. Literally. Within 15 minutes, we found the dress. Within 5 min she found the perfect shoes in a size hidden away in the back.
Sounds like just a nice act, but in that moment- it really was a Good Samaritan who understood my fatigue, heard the need, and literally made it happen.”

“I like this Walmart , it's not your regular store but it's a market stocked with food and if you're looking for something to stock up on this is the place they have everything. What I don't think they have is enough employees, but it's really a good market store and the few people working there are great !”

“Printing enlarged pictures of my child that was in ICU at the time. Has now gone to be with God. Associate very helpful in helping get the pictures transferred, printed and approved. Very compassionate associate- listened to me, helped me through the process and gave appropriate condolences and understanding. Thank you”
