“I do not usually yelp. Even if I have a bad experience, because everyone can have a bad day. I want to thank Joey Stogsdill at the Cernon TCU branch. I am a long time customer and I've learned to be patient and wait for him to serve my circumstance. I am not savy with the online services that are offered and he always makes any potential frustration disappear. He is always patient and kind and explains my circumstances well. He never makes me feel inadequate for lack of technical understanding. I hope his superior is aware of the employee he has.”

“My first time today at this location. It was very clean and spacious. There were only 2 tellers working and a long line. The line moved somewhat quickly. I was able to withdrawal my birthday funds without fuss or issue. The teller was polite. This Travis Location is located on Harbison Dr, in the same parking lot as Target. Parking lot is small and was packed when I arrived. There are ATMs outside. I never used them and can't speak on my experience with them.”
“I had checked the reviews previously for this branch, it wasn't good. I made an appointment since we're coming to speak with a representative. All went well. Ate Cherrie was great. My personal opinion. If it's an important matter, schedule ahead. If you can wait, then just walk in. But remember, this branch covers a whole northern area. So be mindful of that information and plan ahead. Be nice, be courteous, be kind.”
“I love this bank, (Vacaville branch)., and all of the friendly, knowledgable people that work there. They always have a smile, and know me by name, and are willing to help me out whenever I have a question. If the person I ask doesn't know the answer, she will find someone for me who can answer my question, not just say, "Oh, I don't know", and leave it at that. They go out of their way to help you out, and they offer a wide variety of services, and can advise you on what is a good fit for your situation. My husband and I have been with this bank for 20+ years. We have both business, and personal accounts with First Northern bank, and are very happy with the relationship we have with them.”
“i have been a Wells fargo account holder for years. This was the first time inside this branch office. I had some banking that I perfered to do with a teller than an ATM. Place is clean and was not crowded at all. There was only 1 customer ahead of me in the wait line. I had some very confusing questions, well at least I was confused. The teller was very patient and helpful.”

She helped me with opening my account and always is informative with all my questions and if for some reason she is not sure ... she doesn't hesitate to look it up to double check she is giving me the correct information .”
