“I had forgotten the PIN to my bank card so I went inside the branch to reset that PIN. Trevor, I believe, saw me right away. He took the time to look at my recent transactions to see if my card had been frozen. There was a transaction I didn't recognize so he cancelled my card and issued a new one. “My first time today at this location. It was very clean and spacious. There were only 2 tellers working and a long line. The line moved somewhat quickly. I was able to withdrawal my birthday funds without fuss or issue. The teller was polite. This Travis Location is located on Harbison Dr, in the same parking lot as Target. Parking lot is small and was packed when I arrived. There are ATMs outside. I never used them and can't speak on my experience with them.”

“I joined this bank because of the reward program that they offered for new customers.
I followed all the regulations for deposits and minimums kept in my account but when I did not receive the bonus I was told there was an E statement setting that I didn’t do.
It was very easy to do and I was able to do it on the app in the bank no problem, the manager was kind of rude when I explained that if I put all that effort in keeping my funds correct for 3 months but missed this aspect maybe it wasn’t explained very well.
There was also no follow up on which setting to have checked in the app so that the e-statements were subscribed to.
As a customer who worked hard to meet all the requirements but to not receive the bonus based on what seems to be the least important aspect felt like a bait and switch.
They seem unwilling to consider any bonus and sent it off to their Corporate office, the whole experience makes me feel like they don’t really care about their customers. It’s just about getting people in the door.
We will see how this ends but as of now I would recommend staying away from this bank. What an awful feeling after looking forward to this for 3 months.
I treat my customers honestly and understand a lifelong loyal customer is worth a lot more than a bonus. They don’t seem to share the same sentiment and I may just close my account.

Bridget Johnson called me back and took the time to listen to my circumstance and thoughts on the whole matter.
She was very professional and valued my input, after looking into my account there were a few things that I wasn’t aware of about the bonus program that may have affected the decision to not deposit the bonus into my account.
Even with this new information to light she decided to put the customer first and settle on a lesser tier bonus. She truly showed that she cared and won my loyalty. Good job Bridget and Valley Strong for helping sort this out!
She turned a very unpleasant experience into one that makes me feel good and want to keep doing business with them.”
