“I stumbled on this place after having a not so pleasant experience with another guy. My dryer had not been igniting and needed someone to come and fix it without trying to sell me all the bells. Sean came out the same day to see if I needed a new dryer or if he could fix it. Unfortunately I did need a new dryer and he showed me a few that I could purchase from them. He told me to shop around to see if I could find a better price elsewhere and didn't push me to buy anything from him. The efficiency, honesty, and level of service he provided left me feeling like I was in good hands. The very next day he delivered me a brand new dryer and installed all within the span of probably 40 minutes. If I didn't have an upstairs unit he probably would've been quicker! Overall I cannot recommend appliance world and their staff enough. If anything ever breaks in this house again, I know who I'll be calling.”

“The best and easiest experience from picking out stove and microwave to installation. Ricardo was very helpful with helping me make the right decision for my needs. The stove was installed by Mike & David, they did a excellent job. Both very professional and friendly. Also tested everything to make sure it was working properly. Microwave was installed by John, boy did he make a hard job look easy. Very professional and friendly also. 5 star service start to finish.”

“the samsung rep lady worked with a really nice mgr to get me an unlocked fold 5. I can't remember his name but he was Hispanic with short hair. they both we so great and really worked hard to get me a good deal. in a lot of ways it really renewed my faith in best buy. I love the new phone and was impressed by the service.”

I am a woman and sometimes feel a little self conscious going into a blue collar type business but I was treated with respect and not condescended to. Appreciated. And I fixed my water heater all by myself! I recommend this business”
