“Thanks to Olga in the bakery. She made the base cake for my son’s 1st birthday which included the chocolate drizzle, cookie crumble, and little patches of grass. I added my own dinosaur toys (from Walmart), numbers, and grabbed Reese’s eggs from the store while there. Came out great and delicious too! They also made the cupcakes which I added more eggs to.”

“This location of Ralphs is my favorite by far! And, I have worked, traveled for work, and lived in many, many locations across the States. After moving back to this area, I am so very impressed with the care, genuine kindness and attention that the employees of this Ralphs, or any grocery store really, demonstrate to the people of this community. In fact, they are the reason, that I have noticed, that people still call this area "a community". One employee that I would like to specifically highlight is: Harriet Larsen. She has worked at this location for years. She typically works in the deli meat department, where they cut meats for customers, and serve the prepared salads and hot food that Ralphs cooks. I have been to so very many Ralphs and no one has been as kind and genuine and helpful as Harriet Larsen!!! She always remembers not only myself, buy my family members' names...and in the last year and a half, when my family was going through some personally very difficult tragedy and tough times...she always smiled and asked how my family was doing, and was encouraging and kind. Sometimes, that's all it takes to help make it through these life times...and we did!! She was an integral part of the few, the very few that were kind to us, and acted like, talked like, and respected and appreciated us like, we were part of this community. She did that for us!!! I want to say that me and my family are always loyal to the Ralphs and the Granary Store location, even if I have to drive miles out of the way...because of employees like Harriet. No, because of Harriet! She is Ralphs to us. And we will continue to come for years to come because of it! Thank you so much Harriet Larsen!!! You have made such an impact that I have/tell/(almost force...lol) ALL of my friends and family to go to the Granary Square Ralphs location for all of their grocery needs. And, they all have said to me after going (if they hadn't before), that they are so very thankful for me sending them your way!!! I am so glad that in such a large corporate business world..that there are still organizations and locations with employees like Harriet Larsen, that treat and talk to their guests/customers like community. More so, as if they were respected like her own family! My loyalty and my family's loyalty is to Ralphs because of you! Thank you so very much!! We appreciate you always, and always will!
