“Some of the older women at this store are very rude, make eye contact but don't smile or say hello. I changed lanes to checkout for this reason and went into a line with a cashier named Jimmy. He was so sweet and kind and even asked if I needed help with my items to my car. I will come back to his line first next time I come to shop.”
“When i came here I enjoyed that i had a variety of things to choose from, especially the frozen foods and sodas. When I was checking a specific soda I couldn't understand the expiration date so I asked a nearby staff manager. Thanks to him going above and beyond i was able to find the soda I was looking for and then some. I really appreciated that extra mile that he went because it showed he values customer satisfaction and he performed his role as the store manager excellently”

“We love shopping at Sprouts and Dave always makes us feel so welcome! The kids love getting cookie samples from Dave, he’s always so friendly. Arlet is amazing too… we love her and will even wait in the longer line to see her at check out. Our Sprouts is definitely the best!”
