“I normally don't review hardware stores and I normally do not shop at this location, but I had a real great customer service experience. As soon as I walked in the door, someone greeted me and asked if I need help. I normally don't ask for help but I said I needed some assistance with specific light switches and fan controller. The gentleman who covers that area just happened to be standing next to the greeter. He looked at the switches I brought with me and was able to quickly get me what I needed that they had in stock. He identified that the other switch is not something they carry so he identified the model number and I ordered it from Amazon. He was very helpful and friendly. I ended up buying a few other items and was able to check out with minimal wait. Overall, it was a much better and quicker experience than I expected.”
“Todd has everything I needed when ever I went in and he knows where it's all at. I get my power hacksaw blades here and Todd seems to be the only person who knows what a power hacksaw is. It's also the best place to look around and check stuff out, I even found tools I couldn't find anywhere else.”

And another that wanted to custom make the pieces but were 2 weeks out. Dixie line lumber was the only place that had access to it. They special ordered it and had it in 2 days. “I visited pine tree lumber it hopes of finding some high quality deck boards after being referred by a friend to check them out as I had always gone to just the local big box store I was amazed by the selection of wood they had and it was definitely higher quality than most places I had been and also was fairly priced the sales staff was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in answering any questions I had my deck looks amazing! They have a surprisingly large variety- everything from plumbing supplies, paint, irrigation stuff, tools, and what they don't have in stock they'll order it for you. I've been shopping here for 28 years!”
