The young man that assisted me was about 25-30, dark hair and glasses. He was very patient with me as the item I dropped off fell out of its box. He was courteous and smiling and helped me out very quickly. I even said when I left this is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sadly I don’t know his name but this was at 11:15, today July 23rd, he was at the 2nd register from the left and I wanted to personally let you know that he is a valued employee. “I see some negative reviews and I’m really surprised. This is my go-to UPS Store and I’ve never had better experiences anywhere else. I’ve passed on other options (and other UPS Stores) to bring UPS or USPS drop-offs here because I trust the staff and there’s hardly ever a wait/line.
All of the staff are extremely friendly and patient. The pricing is no different than anywhere else (including Amazon returns that they have ZERO control of). I was not paid or otherwise incentivized to post this.”

Kacie and Thomas always go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled with care and accuracy. Their customer service is consistently outstanding—friendly, professional, and attentive.
On a few occasions when my company had situations that required extra attention, Thomas not only investigated the issues thoroughly but also took the time to call me personally with updates on his findings. That level of follow-through is rare and so appreciated.

“IDK why these guys get a bad wrap. Shipment arrived as it was packed. That is mainly on the original shipper. Scheduling a time to pick up my shipment was painless. When I showed up Ben promptly brought it to my vehicle. Doesn't get much better then that. Very helpful, would use again. In fact prior to this experience. Shipping large items was a daunting concept. Knowing I can use them for large freight is way cheaper than then UPS or FedEx. And really.. if you're shipping freight.. you're not concerned about overnight delivery.. lets be honest. Thanks for your help Ben. Look forward to using your services again.”

“My experience has been fairly great because there is one worker named Juana who goes above and beyond. Every time I come in she has a smile on her face, always greeting and good energy. Willing also wanting to help literally goes the extra mile. I was having trouble with not receiving my mail or another worker who wasn’t as willing to help but she stepped in and her name is Juana. We love Juana!! I honestly thought she was a supervisor at first because of her professionalism. Thanks for making our experience every time such a great one.
