I read reviews on a lot of the Metro by T-Mobile stores in the area, but there were only a few stores this highly rated. (Wanted to avoid any unpleasant encounters with rude, salespeople). “I bought my phone from Consumer Cellular from what I've been told is they are a subsidiary who gives people phones from other entities so I was giving Boost Mobile I had to go into Boost Mobile get a PIN number give it to the lady so that she can hook me up for auto pay she did a very good job I was so grateful for her help the store was clean and they were both respectful thank you boost mobile”
“Cynthia was really patient and helpful. I went to transfer my personal line from Verizon where I was paying 100 for just one line. I needed a business line and now I’m paying the same amount for two lines with Cricket and I get the same benefits with Cricket such as priority unlimited data but for less. The coverage is good and the data speeds are fast. I get just under 1 gigabit of download speeds. Very good wireless provider!”

“I was first squinted with Alfonso over the phone after I called the corporate location in panorama because the employee working at the location thats 2 min from me was worthless. I called over to the corporate office and Alfonso answered the phone. He listened to my situation and had a solution for everything that was going wrong and told me to come in to his branch and he would take care of what I was told was the impossible. Himself and his manager were very kind and helpful, also extremely accommodating. He followed through with what he told me over the phone and made sure I left with what I came for. Thank you for taking customer service literally and taking that extra time to satisfy customers. If you are anywhere near Los Angeles and you need a metro store, it's worth your travels to make it over to the panorama city location corporate office.”
