“I found this place a couple of years ago. It is so easy to, fill up your propane gas tank and very economical. The gentleman who runs the place, hooks the hose to your tank and 30 seconds later the tank is filled. Even if you have a tank that is half full can be filled. You pay for the gas put in the tank and not based on number of tanks. That is the way to go.”

I live in the area and when I did my initial price comparisons Trans Gas delivers; theres a U-Haul but price was Higher. “I get u-hauls all over the place, or rather, I used to but from now on I will only get mine from this location. I came in to pick up a trailer one evening. When we tested my turnsignals they weren't working and the manager ended up spending half an hour or more (until a few mins past closing) trying to help me. I guess he could tell I was in a pinch. We couldn't figure it out (it ended up being the turn signal switch that needed to be replaced) so I had to have a friend come with his truck the next morning to get the trailer instead. The manager not only tried to help me find the issue with my vehicle, he also helped make it easy to keep vehicle on hold, get refunded and just be charged from when we picked up next day and also made it easy to change the driver on the reservation.”

“I had an amazing experience with U-Haul at this location. Retrieving the U-Haul after hours for a reservation of 9:00PM was fast and easy. Equipment was clean and instructions were clear; I even had to extend my rental and that was fast and easy through the app. I have a great expectation of every service now because of the quick and easy experience I had at this location. The cost was also very at par with every other factor, the price was $123 for almost the 48hrs I had it in use! Great value and friendly service when I went back to drop it off! Thank you to the young gentleman that came out to retrieve the truck although I got there a few minutes before office closing time. Thank you so much Koreatown U-Haul & Employees!”

“It has been a very long time since I visited U-Haul. It was a very pleasant experience. I needed to get a van to pick up large and tall Linen Cabinets for a bathroom remodel. The vans have rear cameras with lines that rotate according to the driver’s wheel. The vans have wood ribs along the side to tie down items. Kim helped me out and had me in and out on the road within 10 minutes.U-Haul has after hours delivery and full pre check in with your cell phone.I am very happy with the service and cargo vans from U-Haul.”

“I am honestly blown away by this U-Haul location and felt the need to write a positive review. I use it regularly for transportation needs for work. I have found the customer service from all of the employees here to be of the highest order. There is one employee in particular - Russell - who has always been incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional. He goes far out of his way to make sure that customers are happy and taken care of. As someone who has often had bad experiences at rental agencies it is extremely rare to find employees who work this hard and are this nice. This is the best Uhaul I have ever been to. Thank you.”
