“Cannot believe the bad reviews. I met most of the staff b4 covid and I always found them to be the kindest and most non-judgemental pharmacists in LA! I travel to Venice just for them, after having realized how special they are. There aren't many customer service folk in this town who recognize a good customer, but these guys are on it. For being such an iconic ediface while still maintaining that small town feel, but mostly for genuinely caring for their customers, they deserve praise. They ARE a smaller pharmacy, so their phones are always ringing, but most refills can be ordered online now anyway, and for their few faults, seeing their friendly smiles makes the whole experience worth it. Maybe I just seem less crazy in places full of crazies but whatever it is, they've got my business.”

“This company is amazing. They are literally extending the lives and improving quality of life for pets. My IBD / SCL diagnosed kitty Bailey is unable to take pills or liquids orally without him experiencing significant stress and/or constant trips to the vet. Without his meds he will live 3-6 months. With meds he will likely live 1-2 years or longer with few if any symptoms. Recently his medication doses were changed and the vets office were slow to call in the prescriptions. This meant he would either run out of medications, or would need to drop down to a lower dose. MixLab staff were patient, friendly, and kind enough to answer all my questions and walk me through my options. As an anxious pet owner who doesn’t want to see her kitty suffer unnecessarily, it’s a priority to keep my kitty on his meds. However it’s also important to be treated with respect and kindness when you are still grieving your beloved pets diagnosis of cancer the week prior. I can’t begin to describe how grateful I am to this impressive company and their amazing employees. I hope I can find a way to show them my gratitude and/or pay it forward one day ”

“I have not been pleased with my experiences at Imperial
Pharmacy off of Westwood Blvd so l decided to give Always Rx Compounding Pharmacy a try.
My blood pressure prescription was called in by my doctor and when I went in it was ready. I hadn't even had the opportunity to give them my insurance information but was pleased to learn they had taken the initiative and looked up my information so I had very little to attend to on my first visit. The service was a breeze. I'll be going back and would encourage you to give them a try if you're not happy with your current vendor.”

“In 2020 my cat Erewhon was diagnosed with idiopathic epilepsy. Erewhon's neurologist says its the worst case in epilepsy that he's ever seen in a cat. I've been going to AHS for 4 years now since his diagnosis and would never go to another compounding pharmacy. David and his staff are absolutely amazing at what they do. I have complete confidence with David and his staff to get Erewhon's medicines right every time. I've been sent to pharmacies like Mix Lab before, but I keep coming back to David because of the friendly staff and the good experience I have every time I come. David and his staff go out of their way to earn your trust. Whenever I have questions about the medications, I immediately get answers. A couple of years ago AHS had to close for a couple of weeks due to storm damage to the building. This was problematic for me because Erewhon gets a super high mg/ml dose of keppra. When calling around to other pharmacies, no one else in all of Los Angeles could mix at that mg/ml that David could. Having a cat with epilepsy makes my life stressful 24/7. Knowing that I have someone like David and American Health Solutions Pharmacy in my corner makes the difference in treating my cat's epilepsy. I recommend AHS to everyone I know. Simply the best.”

“My doctor suggested I give this pharmacy a try. So she sent my prescriptions to get filled here. Recieved a call from David a few hours later to confirm my prescriptions and to discuss coupon options to help cover co pay costs. I have never experienced that from any previous pharmacy. David informed me to look online for a coupon to use for one of my meds and to call him back with the info. He also would assist with fillng one of my other meds as it was out of stock and would make sure to get it filled as soon as it was available. Just today David left me a voicemail telling me he found another coupon to use on another of my meds. And David was able to fill all my prescriptions nin a timely manner. I gotta say I am very impressed with this small pharmacy. I will keep filling my prescriptions here from now on. I suggest you give them a try if you are tired of big chain pharmacies and want a more personal experience.”

“I've never had a pharmacy be so kind, personable, attentive, timely or feel that they truly care as much as HEPPS does. I'll share that I have chronic conditions that makes daily life a challenge but having a great pharmacy & pharmacist (!!!) makes a world of difference. I had to move about an hour away but I still make the drive because they are more than worth it. Walgreens & CVS never kept my medications in stock or ordered them ahead of time so my refills were never available, even if I called ahead of time to reminds them, so I would go sometimes weeks without my medications. HEPPS is always on top of it and I never have to worry about it happening again. I really can't recommend them enough!”

“I have been using St. Antony Pharmacy for the past several years now, and I have to say, it is now "safe" to say how this pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies I have ever used- EVER. The service is excellent, and this is one of the places I usually get some of my compound medications from. You would think common courtesy is commonplace for all pharmacies, but sadly, that is not the case, even for pharmacies that get good reviews. So you must beware!Emad, the owner, is always very responsive when a medication does not go through for the first few times. Insurances and negligent doctors' offices can be very lazy, not to mention some other pharmacies I had to deal with in the past- meaning like having to ask for something 10-20 times even, and still being ignored!I cannot recall a time that St. Antony's has failed to return a call or email of mine, or text even! I would imagine that it is the Owner's personal value system that might have a lot to do with the way he treats his customers!This pharmacy makes themselves available through all modes of communication- email, phone, and text. I also love how they are open on Saturdays.My only wish is that I would have discovered this place a whole lot sooner, before COVID. I highly recommend St. Antony's Pharmacy without a single reservation. Does your pharmacy treat you with the utmost respect and courtesy at all times? “Super fast service but because im out of delivery service i was a lil worried cuz they had to ship my fertility meds over night but had to be before 3pm.. had to drive all the way to san jose at the start of my treatment cuz it would of been a two a 2 day turn around soo i really had to be on it with managing my prescription refills .. the app is super easy and they have how to videos for ur meds which i loved as well made everything smoother . Will use them again if needed . Customer service was amazing as well . Love the Carmels they give those were yummy”

After sending many emails, they replied back and refunded.

Original review: STAY AWAY!! Highly unethical company with very bad business practice. If they FINALLY refund me for the order they cannot fulfill, then i'll change this review, but in the meantime this stays.
Placed an order. After over a week finally sent them an email. Sent them two more, which finally got a response basically (summarizing) 'they don't have the product in stock and if and when they get it they will ship it to me.' I requested a refund as I needed the supplement now, not sometime in the unknown future. I have sent over 20 emails with 0 response. I'll be calling them nonstop on Monday for a refund and if worse case scenario I'll fill a claim with my CC. PLEASE heed the warning of others and STAY AWAY!!”
