“I still LOVE Vons on Thompson. I have been shopping here for nearly 25 years. I LOVE the employees. They are friendly, welcoming, helpful, and greet me with kindness and familiarity.Shopping at Vons with the app on my phone is an absolute MUST! First of all the more you shop, the more rewards you earn. You can earn $10 + off your groceries. This always makes me smile. Hubby loves the gas rewards at Chevron. I love the weekly free items that I can get using the app. Some of the items I received for free, I have never tried before. We have been buying some of these brands over and over. We love the deli! I like the chicken tenders and the bowtie pesto pasta. Hubby likes the ham sliced to order and the fried chicken.We also love the produce section and the meat department. The meat department will help you find the meat if it isn't out on display. They will also give cooking and seasoning advice. My favorite thing right now is the stuffed boneless chicken for $5 each. This is my go-to purchase when I want to buy something healthy and I lack time for preparation.The produce department is awesome. My neighbor, Eric, works there. He will always help me find items like Sundried tomatoes, jackfruit, etc. He is so kind!!!When the new weekly ad comes out, I always search for what is the item for Throwback Savings. I am grateful for the discounts.I love the management and all of the staff.P.S. On 20% alcohol discount days, you can preorder wine or 750 ml. alcohol and they will save it for you.”

Still love US Bank but because of the coronavirus the bank has temporary close FYI I went in there today and found that out completely understand I'm glad the bank is concerned about their employees versus convenience! i'll be safe and can't say wash your hands quite enough for the 20 seconds advised”

“I love this bank! Ask for Tim, he helped me soo much. I was even having trouble getting my daughter's stroller out and he rushed out to help me. (If you ask me, he deserves a raise) The manager there ( I believe Karen was her name) she also has a big heart. I'm sure everyone there does but the two people I encountered are amazing. They helped me open a bank account and went above and beyond. Awesome people there and another good thing is, it's never too busy there, meaning more time for the customers like us. I highly recommend them. Their banking system is great and the app is also amazing!”

“3rd review (2017 Review): The staff they have now are super friendly. That is my #1 reason why I now frequent Circle K most weekdays. I love their Polar Pops, lottery tickets, & pumpkin seeds. Again, I just want to say that the staff is great! Thank you. 1st review : Over 4 years ago, the owner or manager decided to relocate or lay off the entire staff. I have given the place a number of chances ... but the truth is SERVICE SUCKED for 2 years after the fact. Former employees like Bob, Brenda, & the Filipina Lady were so sweet and genuine. Even the regular customers all knew each others name. I loved coming in more for the customer care & camaraderie than the need for caffeine. 2nd review: Fast Forward 3 years...... I am updating my review from 1 star to 3 stars. The staff is fine. No problems. It's fine. So my review is 3 stars. Simply A-OK.”

“Banking facilities are pretty much boilerplate. They could have competitive hours, although of late most are more accommodating, locations, and excessive fees of course can be a deal breaker. All that being said, what can really set an institution apart, even a bar above the rest, is it's people ~ In person interaction. We were having issues w/a cashier check, from one of our other bank accounts, (a cashier check is supposed to be as valid as cash) so we went back to Chase, where we have numerous accounts, Raul took care of all of all our cash banking needs. He was very efficient, friendly, seemed happy ~ a reflection of his employer, making for a very pleasant experience. This fellow is very young. If he has pride in his work & customer service this early in his career, I'm confident he'll be successful in any endeavor. Chase is lucky to have him.”

“I come in to this branch because the tellers are friendly, the service is good, they always have free coffee - I don't have a coffee maker at home - and there are usually less people inside than at the ATM machines. This bank has a walk up ATM and a drive up ATM. The branch offers other financial services such as home loans and IRAs but I haven't had a need for them in a while. I do most of my banking online but it is nice to be able to talk to a real person once in a while.”
