“Weird lil unstaffed gas station, hidden in a cranny of the Ventura Avenue. Strange traffic pattern. Cleaner and less busy/chaotic than the sister Silva station across town, but also usually a few cents more. Convenient if you are ever down that way.”

“I know it sounds funny to Rave about a 7-Eleven but this is seriously the most excellent 7-Eleven I've ever visited! It is worth the trip alone based on that outstanding iced latte machine they have! It is so excellent I am dead serious! You can get any kind of iced coffee or hot that you want and chai tea there and the prices cannot be beat and is way way better than Starbucks both the quality and taste and the price you're getting for your money!”

“When I’m On the east end of Ventura I been going here lately. Gas prices here have been reasonable considering the recent prices. They also give you lower prices if You use a debit card or cash. Staff aren’t the nicest here but for gas and snacks it’s decent. Area can be a bit dirty with randoms around too. Station has a good amount of pumps too.”

“I’ve been to this gas station on the number of occasions. They typically have a great deal. I stopped in the other night because the gas was 5.99 a gallon. But when I got to the pump I found out that none of the pumps were working. I went inside and the customer service gentleman who is working was very kind. One of the great things about this gas station is just proximity. There’s a stoplight nearby so you can get in and out and get where you need.”
“This location has four e85 ethanol fuel pumps. Due to California's completely unreasonable gas prices, e85 flex fuel is an alternative fuel made from corn. Since it is domestic, there's heavy incentive to keep the price low. As of 11-12-22 the price for e85 at Sinclair was $3.33. compared to their gasoline, the lowest price is $5+. If you have a flex fuel vehicle you can fill up for $2 a gallon cheaper, but e85 has a much higher octane but also a much lower energy density than gasoline. This means that you will get less miles per gallon on ethanol than you would with gas, I didn't think I need to clarify that, but just in case, you will probably get 4-7 MPG less than what you would with gas. In California all gas has at least 10% ethanol. But it is extremely important not to put e85 flex fuel into a vehicle that is not able to run flex fuel. If you don't 100% without a doubt, know that your vehicle is compatible with flex fuel, it's probably best not to try and find out by seeing if your car breaks by using it without knowing. Otherwise, as the oil companies continue to gouge, what little money the majority of us have left, this is literally the only alternative to gasoline besides diesel. Since public transportation here is a joke. Wait, jokes are supposed to be funny, Public transportation is horrendous here, you're going to have to fill up to get to work to make money to fill up, it is literally no different than a drug addiction. I do coke so I can work longer so I can earn more so I can do more coke. I get gas so I can get to work so I can earn more so I can get more gas.”

“Wonderful place. I prefer Shell gas, so I come to this one in Ventura because it’s most convenient. I can use my Ralph’s points more than once, too, or so I’ve just realized. However, the owner is the reason for this review. I’ve been meaning to wash my car after a cross-country drive and many, many miles for work since I got here. I haven’t decided to stop and take the time until just now, but the car wash wasn’t working. Tired and frustrated, I went in to seek help, and I very quickly changed my tune after realizing how sweet and helpful the owner of this establishment is. I will be certain to use ONLY this Shell station unless I absolutely need to use another one. I appreciate the kindness and patience after my own rough week, and it’s a reminder to myself that there are good, understanding people in the world who are willing to help.”

“Excellent maintenance/weekly car wash spot.
I’ve been going here for a couple years & with 2 cars & I’ve never been disappointed. Their staff & customer service has always been great & friendly. Special shout out to I believe Andrea (sorry horrible with names!) who is usually the one to greet me when I pull up & has helped me numerous times when my membership is having issues due to my cards expiring etc. always been extremely helpful and kind and never pushy for a sale.
I do their tier 2 membership and usually come at least twice a month. I’ve gone to 3 of their local locations but the market st. One is my fav.
I want to note something I’m seeing from other reviews.
This is a great place for a quick & affordable car wash. This is NOT the same as a mobile detailer that you would easily pay 4x more. Yes you can add on detail services(I have and haven’t been disappointed) but this is a busy location that needs to be efficient. I’ve seen their staff work their butts off when busy and also put in additional time and care when it’s slower. It’s definitely worth the cost for a membership & I’ve referred friends and family here.”
