“After the dealer quoted us thousands of dollars for new brakes and a few other things, we took it to Williams Automotive for a 2nd opinion. Scott test drove our minivan and did a thorough inspection. He told us the brakes were fine (8mm on the front pads, 5mm on the rears). He said we needed to change out the motor mounts at some point, and told us exactly what that would cost. He checked the fluids and all the other standard stuff, and gave us a detailed report on the status of everything. For today, we are just paying him for the inspection, but Williams Automotive will be our mechanic from this day on!”

“I appreciate the man i spoke to on the phone, even though i called just to ask about a quote on fixing my paint on my car he suggested i tell the dealer that i bought my car from to fix it. He said he’d be glad to take my money but he isnt a fake person and suggested another route although he didnt have to. He sent me a picture of what to say if they rejected fixing my car. I thought that was sweet!! Anyone that rejects work for a honest opinion is a good person.”

The price for the same oil change at Jiffy Lube was 60 dollars more! I would recommend your services everyone. Great customer service is hard to come by and in closing commend the service rep on his friendliness and professionalism.
I also had a brake inspection on December 13, 2025 which I am adding to my original post. They performed a free inspection and noticed the power steering fluid was dirty. They showed a picture on their inspection report and did not try to upsell the service. Ask for Zack a very thorough and knowledgeable mechanic.”

“I went to Performance exhaust for my classic 1966 Mustang Convertible to have a new exhaust system installed. I was asking for a more extensive job which involved removing the headers because they were so loud.
I have had a horrible experience with another who worked on my car. I took this bad attitude with me.
Gil reassured me that he would check it out thoroughly and do an honest job. Once he had checked it out, he told me I didn’t need to remove the headers to make the car sound nice. He saved me a lot of money being honest and doing such fine work, the kind a car like this deserves.
He restored my sense that there are honest people in this world, and that I really don’t know it all. I’m glad he didn’t send me on my way. He is a truly a fine welder and fine man in all ways.”
