“Facility manager was friendly, good at communication and helpful. Space was clean and easy to access. Gate access was digital utilizing an app. The only drawback was after less than 3 months rent jumped by approximately 22%! Manager did negotiate a much smaller increase, but I still moved out.”

Sonny is very nice and friendly to helping me rent a storage and let me decide the size of the storage if available and when I want to start renting. All went very well and positive. To anyone who needs to rent a storage, go for this Power Self Storage.”

“This is the best storage with the most security and kindest people working there. I had a unit with them for 6 years. I ended up moving out of state and always worried about my stuff but Michael, Janet and Kim took great care of everything and answered all of my crazy questions I randomly had. The facilities are clean and well monitored. It was a bittersweet moment moving out because I had a great experience at this storage but I no longer needed to keep my stuff there. “What a great hidden treasure. Maryanne (sp) is an absolute angel and very sweet person. She explained everything perfectly and was very thorough. Her little mascot Leo is precious. I can see why their 99.9% occupied. Great hours of operation to and right across the harbor from us. Highly recommend this place for your storage needs or outside RV or Boat storage needs too.”

“Whenever I want to reserve something specific, if it's not available at this location, I adjust my schedule, instead of trying to find a location with what I need. I've had some bad experiences at some U-Haul locations. But not this one. Uhaul of Ventura, on Thompson Blvd.

This place continues to amaze me. Michael & Greg just go above and beyond, and these two guys and people like them are the reason that I keep coming back to this Uhaul location in particular. I don't know who the owner of this branch is, but I hope that they know just how valuable these two guys are to their business.”

Ken, the manager, is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to keep the lot clean and secure—he walks the entire property daily to ensure everything is in top shape. The prices are very reasonable, and the facility is well-equipped with great amenities. Access is easy and secure with individual keypad codes, and they even provide a dump station for black and grey water, commercial vacuums for cleaning your vehicle or trailer, and ice is available if you need to fill you chest. Highly recommend Coast Storage for convenience, value, and outstanding service!”
