“This is solely a review for Dickerson and the help and information he provided myself and my guest with.We recently went on a tour at The Marc because I am on the hunt for an apartment and out of every property I had viewed (which was quite a few) Dickerson was the best host/tour guide/ personality, just everything. Really turned the tides on our experiences. He was extremely knowledgeable and really knew what he was talking about when it came to touring and the property in general. He was very quick with his responses and had great humor.His personality, helpfulness and the interaction in general was icing on the cake since I already loved the property. “A very quaint and usually quiet complex. Parking can be a bear so I highly recommend paying for a parking spot or a garage. Leasing office is run by a pleasant woman named Shae. Laundry facilities are clean, with brand new machines. I always find one to use. Small but functional fitness room is open at 7am daily. Wish it was earlier but it shares a wall with a bottom floor apartment so understandable that it is not open all night. Other tenants keep to themselves but passing them by in the complex they've been nothing but friendly. Highly recommend! Dog friendly. Has a nice sized pool to cool off in during the hot months. No a/c in the units but we found that being so close to the ocean there is always a nice breeze! Grounds are always meticulously maintained and it's very lush with tons of roses in bloom!”

With dog of the month and a dog park!Not to forget the seasonal parties by the pool whether egg hunting, halloween, christmas .... food trucks...blood drive trucks... there is always something going on here !There is also safety.... lights on the streets have been added, security and cameras available....And price wise... well u get the above at a very reasonable price ...and they are very understanding with residents.This is the perfect little place in carlsbad to call home and build memories!”

“Been here 2 years. Corner unit. I never had any pest problems. Just the occasional roach or spider which is normal. They have a cortesey pest service who will teach you about rental treatment in regards to local pests for the area. They went into detail about daily habits, trash smells etc. The Orkin guy said I live clean, so no problems there. Sad to leave due to relocation to Nevada. Best little apartment I've had to date! My corner unit is private, best view, awesome lighting for my plants. Immediate Fwy access to the 78/college. Good neighbors. My side of A4 we all knew eachother and looked out for one another. I hope the new tenant(s) love my apartment just as much as I have. If I come back to California, I'm returning here. Johnathan and his team are hands down the best in the business.”
“My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years now. I can proudly say it’s a safe and clean place to live.They have cameras now all around the apartments. The pools area is nice and big for bbq and family and friends coming over. Their maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful.”
