“My boys were there for their 4 West Coast Wrestling Camp. Absolutely hands-down one of the best Wrestling camps in the nation !! They both participated in the 10 day with Mark Munoz. They had 2 divisions 1 coach’s show up ,NCAA champs , all Americans and world Olympic medalist coach.”
“As an avid reader, I'm always looking for titles to read especially before traveling. This shop is small yet well-stocked and the volunteers who work there are always so nice and friendly. Love this place!”
“As the author of the Grant Colson Thriller Series and SERA Archives Thriller Series, I always enjoy visiting bookstores while traveling, and Barnes & Noble is a standout location.
The outdoor architecture is very attractive and inviting, and the interior carries that same thoughtful design. Inside, the store is well laid out with a classic bookstore feel, making it easy to browse and spend time exploring.
One feature I really liked is the use of horseshoe-style shelf arrangements, which create smaller, cozy “mini library” sections throughout the store. It breaks up the space nicely and makes browsing more engaging.
There’s also a large children’s section in the back, which is well done and adds a fun, family-friendly element to the store.
The staff has always been friendly and helpful, which rounds out the experience.
Overall it’s a beautifully designed Barnes & Noble with a great layout and a welcoming atmosphere.”

“There are too many T-shirt options. The Nike workout gear is very eye-catching, but how are college kids supposed to afford $64 for a zip-up wind breaker? They should also have a think of adding a yoga pant section instead of only offering too short shorts or baggy sweat pants.”

“Fortunately, this book store in our Village of Carlsbad is still thriving 12 years after relocating from Inland SD. The owner is a lifelong bibliophile offering an eclectic revolving selection of modern, classics and everything in between.
Including a great selection of first prints and rare editions. All in the Heart of The Village within a few blocks of the Pacific Ocean, food, train tracks & drinks. What else could you ask for?...EnJoy!”
“Very helpful. The attendant went out of her way to help me. Found my book and helped with other materials as well. I was already good with the customer service, but to go above and beyond, you don’t find that type of service anymore. Thank you”
“I went in looking for textbooks and 2 staff members made sure I left the store knowing exactly how to access them. They waited beside me while I checked my requirements online and walked me through options along with their pros and cons. I wasn't expecting such excellent customer service. Keep it up!”
“Always pay it forward.
This is a small location that consists of mostly books but once in a while you'll find a surprise.
This time around, I found a classic WWE Action Figure for my son to enjoy. New in box and priced just right. Online the same item is selling for $49!
I also found a new San Diego Clippers Towel which retails for $39!
All I spent was $5! I'm not a reseller but it does feel tempting.
I'll be back again when I'm in the area for some treasure hunting.
Be back soon.”
“Love my local Barnes & Noble because of the Cafe’. They have everything from sweet treats, to fresh juices. It’s the perfect place to come for knowledge and treats!”
