“It’s discouraging to see the experiences of others. This is my go to post office. I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences here for years. The staff have always been friendly, picking up packages is a breeze, there are plenty of recycle bins, getting a post office box is convenient with multiple size options. When lines are long staff work to attend to each customer while maintaining composure. They have Saturday hours which is very convenient.”
“I have never had a pleasant experience going to a USPS ever but Blanca was actually easy and relaxing I didn’t feel rushed. What a kind soul! Somewhat a rarity in this world it seems. Please be nice to her when you visit the Post Office!!”
“This is the only office on Camp Pendleton that does passports if you have base access. It is located in the 22 area across from the air field and on 10th Street (same street as the new McDonalds) a couple blocks behind.”
“Nicholas was the ?
If you have issues for some reason receiving packages to your P.O. Box he will help you retrieve it before it gets sent back to sender
My experience here was the complete opposite to other USPS locations
The friendliness and willingness to help from Nicholas was above and beyond
I wish every usps was like this”
“My friend and I went in to get passports this morning for the walk-in appointments and there were a loooot of people. The woman doing passport appointments, Christine, was wonderful. She was kind, quick, and extremely helpful with questions we had. I totally recommend the passport area of this USPS.”
“This is the post office that does passports for anyone with base access. Not sure why it's on Google maps multiple times with different addresses, but it is located in the 22 area across from the air field on 10th St., which is the same street the new McDonalds is on. It's back a couple blocks and the building number is NOT 1103. It is 22103”
“I’m honestly pretty shocked at the negative reviews I’ve seen for this post office. I think people need to understand this is a smaller office with one person working, not a multi person distribution center. They are extremely efficient for the resources they have and very kind. I’ve owned a small business for 4 years now and have changed post office offices over 10 times. This has been by far my favorite one. Jim is incredibly kind and always says hello to everyone who walks in even if they’re just dropping a package. I appreciate how attentive and kind he is because if I’m being honest a lot of post office workers are not like this (though they have good reason to be when so many people are rude to them). He’s the reason this is my favorite post office and for those who feel like there’s too much conversation I beg of you to touch some grass and reconnect with people, we are all losing the art of talking to one another and it’s a blessing to connect with strangers”
“Parking was easy, it wasn't overly busy on a Thursday morning. The lady at the front was extremely helpful, kind and courteous. I had my one year old with and she assisted as if it wasn't any bother at all. I have been to a few USPS in the area but I will gladly return due to its high state of cleanliness and personable staff.”

“I come here every week to drop off packages. I am always amazed by how incredibly kind and attentive the staff is here. I look forward to going to the post office, haha! I've gone to other post offices in neighboring cities, and I am disappointed. I go out of my way to come here. And its not just one staff member who is kind and helpful, it is all of them. 12/10.”
“Susana is amazingly kind and very helpful with great customer service
Don from the passport office is also the man very informative!!
I didn’t get the managers name but she was greeting people helping the front desk and guiding customers!!
Thank you for being kind to me, my new born and my husband!
I recommend you get your passport here!”
“Postal Carrier Kristyn took time from her busy route to explain and resolve confusion regarding forwarding of my packages from a shared mailbox (location I was visiting) to my permanent address. A pre-existing Mail Forward request unknown to me was the culprit. She provided information for me to visit the post office and how to resolve it. She also took the time to discuss the matter and make sure it all ended more than well. Very professional, caring and kind person. Thank you!”
“The Marine working this post office went above and beyond and was extremely polite and helping me try and find a package. Al though we were unsuccessful I very much appreciate his diligence to try and help me out.”
“William was probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, he was very helpful and made something as tedious as going to the post office a pleasant experience”
“I never write review for anything but i just have to shout out Steven!. He is the the most paitient and loves to do his job. I applied for my passport and everything went smooth, I was outta there in 10 minutes. This is now my go to post office for passport services, way better than oceanside post office. I recommend coming prepared and double checking everthing before coming. and respecting other people appointment times.”
“Just be kind to the staff and you’ll be taking care of. Trent was the gentleman who helped me when I stopped by right before closing and was particularly swamped when he did. I smiled, exchanged pleasantries and ultimately my experience there that day was amazing. I would highly recommend just being kind.”
“It's always been a great experience at this location. The postal workers are always courteous and professional. But they are understaffed. So things move along pretty slowly. Who's fault is that? The public (voters).”
