“I had an outstanding experience at Boot Barn thanks to Gina! I came in looking for a pair of boots for my granddaughter as well as a pair of work boots for myself, and Gina was incredibly helpful, courteous, and patient throughout the entire process.
When it came to finding my size, she spent quite a bit of time searching but unfortunately couldn’t locate them. What really impressed me was that she didn’t just give up. Later, she decided to take one more look and actually found the boots in an area where they weren’t supposed to be! Gina truly went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Her persistence, positive attitude, and excellent customer service made the whole experience a great one. Boot Barn is fortunate to have someone like Gina representing their store. Nathan really went out of his way and took the time to get all the items down to allow us to look at several colors, designs and sizes. Definitely would seek out his assistant next time we are in!”
