“Juan knows his stuff!!! I understand he's been working with Red Wings for well over 15 years. He had to order in my 8 inch high size 15 boots. When I later tried them on, they didn't feel more supportive or comfortable than the Ariats I was wearing. I felt sorta bad then not purchasing them but he didn't mind and was still very knowledgeable and helpful explaining how different socks matter and how as well as other extremely helpful points about my $500 orthotics, not wearing them with removable liner, etc (The only reason I mentioned the price of the orthotics is because I received more truly helpful information from Juan than the Podiatrist!....and I didn't even buy ANYTHING!) So, I had been reticent to go into the store because of some negative reviews left from others regarding customer service etc. No, he's not a flashy know-nothing salesman type. But he's a true fountain of experience and knowledge, and if you need to tap into that like I did for my extremely uncomfortable no-arch flat feet, you can't do much better!!!”
