Was in the women’s shoe department today … and I promise you I will not return. The customer service lacked two things… “customer… and service”! Good luck ladies!

Always a great department store to shop! I like this location! Clean and well organized. Parking garage can be a challenge. Enjoyed their fragrance counter and talking with their associate Patty there! ?

Sally did an excellent job helping me return some clothes I bought on line that didn't fit. All I needed was my order number and my returns went back on the card
