“Out of all the Labcorps in the San Ramon/Danville area, this location is the best. The front desk staff are always very pleasant and welcoming. The techs who draw your samples are very gentle and kind. The office is efficient and quick.”

“Very good Phlebotomist; very quick service; has Saturday and Sunday hours.Only con: finding the lab if it is your 1st visit: go in side of the main entrance for John Muir. Let staff know you are there for LabCorps; you are told to use hand gel + put on surgical mask (on top of the one you are wearing); the go towards the cafeteria and take your 1st left: look for the door with Glass Windows. Sign in + register + get your lab drawn. We arrived 1005 am for a 1030 am appointment = finished by 1010am!Update: lab is now located at the Cancer Pavilion - see the new pictures.”

“I had an appointment at 7:45, went in a few minutes later. The guy at the front desk was very polite and attentive, my phlebotomist Sienna was amazing, I didn’t feel a thing! Great experience! Thank you both.”

“Excellent, professional service with pleasant smile and positive energy to charge your day. Did not even fill the needle for the blood samples.Losing the star due to computer failure on the entrance, that was sending me back advising to reschedule the appointment. Hope you fix it next time visit.THANK YOY, Brianna. You are getting five stars!”

“I came to this Quest because the locations in our area have become so bad, especially San Pablo Quest: long wait with room full of people waiting like us + mean security guard. My technician at Concord Quest is Syndia. She is so nice, has clean equipment, fast, and, this is the big plus: you don't feel the sting when she puts needle through. The timing is very prompt here. So, overall experience: professional. For feedback, it would be nice if Quest has someone at the lobby. You have no idea if someone is working behind the close door.A patient came out as I was waiting, so to know the appointment is made real, unlike San Pablo Quest: losing your appointment or cancel your appointment because the staff are overloaded with work. So, for Concord Quest staff, you guys are 5 star!”

“My 10 yo always has a hard time, stumping phlebotomist right and left. They can never find her veins. (Yes, we hydrate and stay warm, wear layers, etc.) we have tried three Labcorp sites. And at each site, they poke her twice without success. Finally, at the Walnut Creek site we found Marcelino, the very best phlebotomist. My kiddo says he is magical. He found her vein on the first try. We have gone back to him after other failed attempts elsewhere. He find her vein on the first try.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of Phyllis Combs of UCSF in San Ramon. My daughter has a speech and language disability, and Phyllis provided exceptional care through myofunctional therapy. Her approach was not only wonderful but also incredibly effective in addressing my daughter's needs. What struck me immediately was Phyllis's ability to precisely identify what my daughter required. Within just a few weeks of therapy, we began to notice significant improvements. This progress was unexpected, especially considering we hadn't even reached the halfway point of the program. Prior to finding Phyllis, we had consulted another myofunctional therapist whose methods were far less impressive--confusing instructions and a vague treatment plan left us feeling uncertain. Phyllis stands out because of her evident dedication and genuine concern for the child's well-being. Her approach is tailored, showing a true understanding of what's best for each individual. I would recommend her without hesitation. However, it is important to note that the practice has a waitlist, and securing an appointment will take some time. Despite this, the front office staff is exceptionally supportive and cooperative. They go above and beyond to assist in scheduling and striving to accommodate patients as promptly as possible.”

“Guessing there is new staff at this location because I was super impressed with the friendliness and competence of everyone I encountered in my visit today. So much so that I was thinking wow, you don't see pleasant people like that every day, I need to praise them on Yelp. I was very surprised to see all the negative reviews about the front desk - maybe that person is no longer there? I saw staff helping folks who had trouble with the check in monitor, and I was greeted with true warmth. The phlebotomist who did my blood draw was a delight - and I have been told I'm a "hard stick" - she made it easy and very comfortable for me. The online appointment system was easy to use and there is a ton of parking. I'd visit this location again for sure.”

“My whole family goes here. My elderly parents, my wife and myself. The office staff is always professional. The doctors and nurse practitioner and other medical staff take time to listen and are always concerned for our well being. We've been going here for the past 5+ years and it's always been a very good experience for all of us. I recommend this facility without hesitation.”

“I have never had a complaint when I have been to this labcor location - the receptionist was cheerful and the technician hit the vein first time as usual - for some where you go and expect the worst these people make it so much better!!!”

“I agree Ed is amazing. He needs to train all the blood drawers I’ve ever had in my life. I can think of three that didn’t cause any sort of pain in 40 years and Ed is one of them.”

“The girl at the front desk that checked me in was quick and efficient. The other lady that took my blood was extremely kind. I let her know that I am a wuss when it comes to getting my blood drawn, and she was kind enough to continue conversation with me the entire time to distract me. I didn't get their names, but I'll update my review if I see them next time! Getting bloodwork done is never fun, but the staff here made it as easy and painless as possible! I'll definitely continue to come to this location.”

“As a dental office, we look for quality above all else, but it definitely helps to have quick turn around as well. They never compromise patient comfort or efficiency. Their facility is extremely clean and well organized. Thank you for all of your hard work!”

“I have blood work done here regularly. They are very busy so if you don’t have the patience to wait, you should make an appointment. I usually go on a specific day and time and there is usually no wait. Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays are the worst. I have never been treated rudely by either reception or phlebotomist staff. In fact, they are so careful and it has never hurt to have blood drawn. I have also ended up laughing as I leave because of such a pleasant interaction. Understand that there are specific rules and regulations that have to be followed in healthcare, especially in verification of identity, so if you don’t bring your paperwork, ID and healthcare card they have the right to refuse you. It is a well run lab and I will continue to get my blood tested here.”

“I've been seeing a new doctor, who wanted me to get a Heartscan. So, off I went to be a good boy and get things medically done.It was a Saturday when I researched where I could get it done. Online, I filled out all my info and had hoped I could get the scan in South San Francisco. I hit submit, and got a strange website error. Instead, I sent the same info in an email. On Monday morning, I got a response that the South San Francisco closed during the pandemic. So, only Walnut Creek was available. They had several opening before, but I opted for a few days later when it would be more convenient for me to go to Walnut Creek. The location is a little off the freeway, and an older medical office building. Inside, it's simple but clean. I met the very nice lady that I had been emailing with, waited a few mins, and was seen by the tech for my scan. Easy-peasy. I laid down, and just my head and midway thru my torso into the machine. They took 2 different images, and it took a total of 5 mins (or less). In about a week, I had my results (mailed), and my doc also got them. Amazing technology and report: images, calcium volume score, and really telling and informative stats on your arteries (left main, LAD, LCX, RCA, and other) showing number of lesions, a [Agatson] Calcium score, and a Calcium Volume score. Also, very helpful comments and written analysis.Very good, and helpful, for sure. Insurance doesn't cover this, so it could be $495 out of pocket. My doc gave me a $100 coupon, so that was good.#Recommended”

“Professional service. The phlebotomist lady was nice and kind. She know what’s she is doing. She did a great job. She only inserted the iv needle once and that’s was it. She was able to collect the blood samples needed. The clinic was clean, less crowded with ample parking outside. Highly recommend Quest Diagnostics in the whole Bay Area.”

“I had such a positive experience at this Quest Diagnostic location. Once I was able to find the laboratory within the mall, a lovely employee named Sean M. worked with me for my blood tests. There were no appointments available, so I had to be a walk-in on Friday (10/7) right before closing. Sean made an accommodation for me even though the office also did not have any walk-in appointments available either. However, my blood draw was very important because I had an unplanned pregnancy and needed to make sure it was normal without any complications (i.e. an ectopic pregnancy, which is a life-threatening condition). Sean M. was incredibly kind, patient, compassionate, professional, and diligent with my entire Quest experience. For example, my doctor didn't have a Quest account so Sean M. took the time to find the faxed blood work order and look up my doctor's NIC number and other details. Then, he manually inputted all of this information, as well as my information so that the results would be secure and received. My doctor received all of the results in less than 24 hours and called me Saturday (10/8) morning to let me know that the tests were properly done and results looked good for my pregnancy. Sean M. was also gentle and swift with the blood draw and made me at ease and distracted from the pain by telling me about his passion for jazz and hobby of trumpet-playing with close friends. Sean M. gave me not only the gift of a wonderful walk-in appointment when I desperately needed it, but also the gift of peace of mind for my weekend plans and travels. Though I made sure to tell his supervisor my glowing reviews, I also wanted the public to know that there are lovely, kind, and professional staff at this Quest location. The only critique I would have is that the laboratory was difficult to find within the mall, especially because the glass doors of the main mall entrance were under repair. I entered through a side entrance, but found out later on that there was a much more convenient entrance on the side of the mall where McDonald's is located. In any case, that is not Quest's fault so I am giving my experience 5 stars. I am so grateful that people Iike Sean M. exist in this world! ❤️”

“I have been trying to get my cancer marker blood work for months, 2 different labs ran the wrong test and Quest locations in Palo Alto and Fremont kept cancelling my appointments! I am so grateful to have found Peng B. at this Quest location! I traveled for 1hr here and it was worth it, she was so kind, thorough and professional, truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much! ?Originally I was so frustrated, the other Quest locations were overflowing with too many ppl. I was debating on flying out of state to get my test done, I think it would be better for staff and patients for Quest to be an appointment only facility, it is not fair for patients with appointments to have our appointments pushed/canceled because Quest is up understaffed AND taking walks ins.”

“The only problems we're experienced is when the doctor's office fails to send work orders to LabCorp. This has happened a few times. We make an appt, show up and their office have nothing. Not their fault”

“Recently, I arrived the Bollinger Canyon location at exactly 12om for blood work and was told very abruptly they close for lunch from 12pm to 1pm. The person said to come back at 1pm.I was very disappointed and went to another Quest instead.I highly recommend making an appointment & researching office hours as each Quest Diagnostics has different hours. The Pleasanton office doesn't close for lunch and I recommend making an appointment as they are super busy and the staff are great ??”
