“I have been trying to get my cancer marker blood work for months, 2 different labs ran the wrong test and Quest locations in Palo Alto and Fremont kept cancelling my appointments! I am so grateful to have found Peng B. at this Quest location! I traveled for 1hr here and it was worth it, she was so kind, thorough and professional, truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much! ?Originally I was so frustrated, the other Quest locations were overflowing with too many ppl. I was debating on flying out of state to get my test done, I think it would be better for staff and patients for Quest to be an appointment only facility, it is not fair for patients with appointments to have our appointments pushed/canceled because Quest is up understaffed AND taking walks ins.”

“Got tested 2nd day of the new year. Community was very kind and supportive. Even the lady who took my tests was a nice conversationalist and made the process easier for me despite the tests being super new to me. 10/10 I’m going back again ??”

“My whole family goes here. My elderly parents, my wife and myself. The office staff is always professional. The doctors and nurse practitioner and other medical staff take time to listen and are always concerned for our well being. We've been going here for the past 5+ years and it's always been a very good experience for all of us. I recommend this facility without hesitation.”

“Guessing there is new staff at this location because I was super impressed with the friendliness and competence of everyone I encountered in my visit today. So much so that I was thinking wow, you don't see pleasant people like that every day, I need to praise them on Yelp. I was very surprised to see all the negative reviews about the front desk - maybe that person is no longer there? I saw staff helping folks who had trouble with the check in monitor, and I was greeted with true warmth. The phlebotomist who did my blood draw was a delight - and I have been told I'm a "hard stick" - she made it easy and very comfortable for me. The online appointment system was easy to use and there is a ton of parking. I'd visit this location again for sure.”

“I agree Ed is amazing. He needs to train all the blood drawers I’ve ever had in my life. I can think of three that didn’t cause any sort of pain in 40 years and Ed is one of them.”

“I had a wonderful experience at Labcorp this morning. Olivia drew four vials of blood. She did a terrific job. I hardly felt the needle prick. Olivia took great care to draw the needed blood. She has excellent customer service. Her down to earth attitude and expertise made it a pleasant experience. Kudos to Olivia for a job well done.”

“Miriam always has a smile, from moment I walk into the office while checking in and it is always a breeze. Melissa, Mercy & Jill all treated me with kindness and are very caring. I've been coming here for years. They are super fast and are always gentle when doing my lab work. I'll be recommending this location to my family and friends. Inside John Muir hospital. “My 10 yo always has a hard time, stumping phlebotomist right and left. They can never find her veins. (Yes, we hydrate and stay warm, wear layers, etc.) we have tried three Labcorp sites. And at each site, they poke her twice without success. Finally, at the Walnut Creek site we found Marcelino, the very best phlebotomist. My kiddo says he is magical. He found her vein on the first try. We have gone back to him after other failed attempts elsewhere. He find her vein on the first try.”

“Great experience here, particularly with Dr Marinoff is the best doctor. We also like Dr Weiss. They took care of listening to our concerns and work with us to address them, could not be happier and highly recommend them.”

“Hard to find parking but there's street meter parking. It's a small LabCorp spot hidden between some businesses in a small building. The location is clean, sanitary, all staff wore masks. Sign in through the iPad system then check in with receptionist. The nurse was extremely gentle and warm when she drew my blood panel. I got scared bc I hate blood panels, she made me feel very comfortable and saw that I looked discomfort from the needle. She reco next time to get a smaller needle for my small veils lol. Honestly that's the best advice I've gotten from nurses. I would totally return for my bloodwork done there.”

“You must make an appointment for this location! Just go to their website - it's really easy. The people here are great: fast, efficient and best of all, expert with the blood draws. The nice lady today helped me get through some challenges with various records and systems. I appreciate her patience and flexibility! Every time I've come here, I've been impressed. They're the only place I'll go to now.”

“The girl at the front desk that checked me in was quick and efficient. The other lady that took my blood was extremely kind. I let her know that I am a wuss when it comes to getting my blood drawn, and she was kind enough to continue conversation with me the entire time to distract me. I didn't get their names, but I'll update my review if I see them next time! Getting bloodwork done is never fun, but the staff here made it as easy and painless as possible! I'll definitely continue to come to this location.”

“I had a good experience going here for routine bloodwork for the first time. The staff were helpful & kind, they drew my blood in an expert fashion - no pain, quick stick. I came as a walk-in around 2PM on a Tuesday if that helps. It might be busier during other hours. For check-in, they have a kiosk to scan your ID (drivers license or other ID) and Insurance Card. It's easy to do, the instructions & animations to guide you were easy to follow. For parking, I parked in the designated lot for the medical center. This is where Maps will direct you if you enter the Colby Street address. From the parking lot, the move is to enter the glass doors that say 'building management'. The elevator or stairs up to the 1st floor where labcorp is located (there's no signage to indicate this is the door to access the stairs or elevator, but it is). Elevator is directly to the right upon entry through the glass doors. I will say parking was expensive - it cost $10 for the hour & 10 minutes I was there. But given the location so close to the emergency room, it's kind of unavoidable because finding street parking in the area would be miraculous. Next time I'll check if they validate. I notice this is one of those businesses that has a ton of 5-star reviews, and also a ton of 1-star reviews. This seems pretty common with places like this - labs, pharmacies, dmvs, places where people already don't want to be because they are zero fun and are sometimes understaffed, so if something goes wrong with paperwork or billing it's extra frustrating. So take my review with a grain of salt, and def read all the reviews before picking a Labcorp location. In my own experience though it was a good place to have my blood drawn.”

“I had such a positive experience at this Quest Diagnostic location. Once I was able to find the laboratory within the mall, a lovely employee named Sean M. worked with me for my blood tests. There were no appointments available, so I had to be a walk-in on Friday (10/7) right before closing. Sean made an accommodation for me even though the office also did not have any walk-in appointments available either. However, my blood draw was very important because I had an unplanned pregnancy and needed to make sure it was normal without any complications (i.e. an ectopic pregnancy, which is a life-threatening condition). Sean M. was incredibly kind, patient, compassionate, professional, and diligent with my entire Quest experience. For example, my doctor didn't have a Quest account so Sean M. took the time to find the faxed blood work order and look up my doctor's NIC number and other details. Then, he manually inputted all of this information, as well as my information so that the results would be secure and received. My doctor received all of the results in less than 24 hours and called me Saturday (10/8) morning to let me know that the tests were properly done and results looked good for my pregnancy. Sean M. was also gentle and swift with the blood draw and made me at ease and distracted from the pain by telling me about his passion for jazz and hobby of trumpet-playing with close friends. Sean M. gave me not only the gift of a wonderful walk-in appointment when I desperately needed it, but also the gift of peace of mind for my weekend plans and travels. Though I made sure to tell his supervisor my glowing reviews, I also wanted the public to know that there are lovely, kind, and professional staff at this Quest location. The only critique I would have is that the laboratory was difficult to find within the mall, especially because the glass doors of the main mall entrance were under repair. I entered through a side entrance, but found out later on that there was a much more convenient entrance on the side of the mall where McDonald's is located. In any case, that is not Quest's fault so I am giving my experience 5 stars. I am so grateful that people Iike Sean M. exist in this world! ❤️”
