“Staff is always polite and work hard to keep store clean with the shelves stocked! I appreciate the effort put into this location by the team because I've been to plenty of dollar generals that I could barely get down an isle due to clutter.”
“Thank you Carlos A. ur such a great asset to the store always very helpful and courteous. U gave me such wonderful customer service on Sunday morning at the check out. Previously you had assisted me at the frozen foods section keep up the wonderful customer service.”
“I came for an unplanned birthday party ao...
They have Awesome balloon options
The Big Ones are only $5!
That's a good dealb$$
But they have candles, for a cake or a gift
(I grabbed them for both)
and of course there's seasonal items 2 holidays ahead too ?
But I really do love this store.
The staff definitely have excellent customer service.
I always have questions and they have (or get) the answers for me
Thank you and I wish I had pictures to add.
(I'll come back and edit it with them)”
“The staff here is very helpful! I only experienced a kinda grumpy employee once and who knows what was going on, you know? Everyone has a bad day and at least they weren't rude, just kinda grumpy but other than that, they are always very friendly and helpful. I like shopping here. I love the dinner sets I bought here and the selection of greeting cards that aren't over $6 like I've seen in some stores. They have a great selection of snacks so it's always been a go to when going to the movies or having a picnic or just satisfying a sweet tooth. I wouldn't be able to write this review without the reading glasses that I buy there, lol.”
“First time here with my family from out of the country. We all appreciated Neiva's help, she has bright red hair. My grandma moves real slow, and she was kind and kept a conversation going with her. Even while busy, she made us feel welcomed. We plan on coming back.”
“This store is great, friendly staff always willing to help find what I need. The manager really has everything under control, things are in place very clean and stocked. I definitely would recommend this store to all my friend’s & family.”
“This place is conveniently next to the Tesla superchargers. Good selection of energy drinks. Good prices. The person helping at the register was very nice. Seems like they do a lot of lotto sales here.”
“Okay so... I was unpleasantly surprised that Dollar General is not a $1 only store, but it does have good prices. I went at night and was scared I might be in a bad area, but most of the customers were families with children or teenage girls. All the cashiers at the time were women so I felt safe there. Nice selection of stuff, including some tasty ice cream varieties like twinkies that you wouldn't expect to see at a mini mart. Clean, well stocked.”
“These days of hardship and a lack of income for so many we have had to turn to a stricter budget. Dollar Tree is were to go. Prices are going up but it is still cheaper than anywhere else. They have a little bit of everything. I didn't take pictures, but, I'm sure we the people know where to find a Dollar Tree store.”
“I'm only giving a five star review based on staff. I love going here because everyone that works there, without exception, are extremely kind, compassionate and outstanding human beings. This is not hyperbole whatsoever, but my true and honest feelings. When I first moved to this tiny Town the stuff at this particular store was extremely rude and just plain horrible. When employee tried to ban me from the store because I called him out for being so rude to me every time I came into the store. When I came back the next day to talk to the manager about what the young man had done the evening before, I found that they had let go the whole entire staff that was there and they had all been replaced. I don't know how they found this group of people that's there now but I hope none of them ever leave!”

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize Terry, who works at our local Dollar General in Oakdale, CA. I recently overheard some negative comments from a corporate team about her communication style, and I found it very unprofessional for them to speak about her in front of customers.
Terry consistently provides exceptional customer service. She greets everyone with a warm smile and goes out of her way to ensure that customers feel valued. I appreciate her friendly demeanor and the way she engages with everyone, making shopping at Dollar General a pleasant experience.
In fact, I sometimes drive to out-of-town Dollar Generals because our local store often has products in boxes rather than on the shelves. However, I always return to this location because of Terry's wonderful customer service.
Instead of criticizing dedicated employees like Terry, I would encourage management to focus on solutions, such as hiring overnight stockers to help unload and stock products. It's frustrating for customers when items are available but not accessible.
In a world where good customer service can sometimes feel rare, Terry stands out. She deserves recognition for her hard work, and I hope her contributions are valued. Thank you, Terry, for always brightening my day!”
“I love the values, and savings I get when I do to this store. They alway have the best saving when it comes to little gizmos, gadgets, qrt projects, birthdays etc.
The cons/ negative thingsare the festivia glasses they sell with for the seasonal drinking glasses keep breaking in my hands when I wash them.”
“Every time I come to this location, I am never disappointed! Always great deals and finds! The staff is always so welcoming! It really does help set the mood for your shopping experience!”

“Clean, big, and plenty to choose from. I like that this Dollar Tree has big bags of individual bags of pretzels for snacks for my kids. They have a big assortment of books and coloring books. They have a lot more of everything because it's such a big store. The customer service is wonderful and it's closer to me then the Oakdale Rd. location. Glad they opened this one.”
