“Shout out to Turlock store manager Garth. WOW! Great customer service. I had purchased a Bauer drywall sander several months ago and due to health issues wasn’t able to complete my job myself and had to pay someone to do it. I never had opened the package and Garth allowed me to return it applying it to my next purchase. In a retail world where customer service nowadays seems to be lacking a little Garth @ Harbor Freight Went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Brian”

“Conner was amazing—very helpful and patient with us throughout the whole process. We did run into a small issue with pricing being different in the store compared to online, but Conner handled it professionally and made the situation better. The issue wasn’t with him at all; it was just a pricing discrepancy. His great customer service really made the experience positive.”
