I called Pasadena Tire Pros and talked to Henry who understood my difficulty, was very understanding and fit me into their busy schedule immediately. I brought the car over and Henry had the flat taken care of in less than 30 minutes. And the repair charge was very reasonable. This could have ruined my entire day but Pasadena Tire Pros came thru and saved the day. A crack in my rim was discovered, I Googled a rim repair found Stock wheels and saw they had great reviews so I decided to give them a try and I'm not disappointed! I took my rim within an hour of calling spoke to a gentleman named Ralph and he was just the most nicest and welcoming person I've experienced in a long time, he explained everything to me in detail and welcomed me into their workshop to show me what was going on with my rim. He told me I'd have in bak in 3 days and to my surprise had it done sooner than that. I picked it up he put it in my trunk and once again experienced his great customer service! If u need a rim repair don't waste ur time going anywhere else, this place is ur spot and make to ask to speak to Ralph!”

And I was beginning to feel hopeless until I spoke to Robert and Jessica w/ 2020 Auto.I was rear ended and pushed into another vehicle. Needed my front and rear end replaced. They even repaired prior “fixed” areas that a previous shop did. “Ran over an unmarked concrete curb and bent the inside of my front wheel enough to really look awful and start leaking air. Could have been worse but the damage was done. Called up Stu at classic wheel and explained the situation and he quoted me a good price right over the phone. Dropped off the wheel the very next day and he had it fixed and ready for me by closing time the same day. Stu was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. He fully explained the process and assured me the wheel would be back to normal. After the wheel was fixed he balanced the wheel/tire perfectly using internal "sticky" weights. He even stayed open for me a bit longer so that I could make it back to the shop after work to pick up the wheel/tire. Car is back on the road again with no issues thanks to Stu at classic wheel!”

“They were so nice ! I was referred to them from a friend. I needed my flat tire patched and I called to see if they had time to do it same day and how much. They told me to come on down and that it would cost $25 to patch it up but if I needed a replacement tire that it would cost more. I asked if they accepted card and they do! However, when you pay with card there is no tip option, so if you would like to leave a tip it would have to be cash. highly recommend !”

The prices are unbeatable and the custom service is great. Me and Henry share similar cars and was a pleasure speaking to him about his car/passion for cars. He noticed my valve stems were worn and old so he added them on free of charge! Didn't even mention it to me but I saw him do it and I appreciate going the extra mile.
