“This was a pretty useful stop for home project stuff in the West Hills area. The store has a good mix of tools, hardware, paint, plants, appliances, and all the random things you end up needing once you start working on something. The garden section is nice to have too, especially if you’re grabbing plants or outdoor supplies. Like most big hardware stores, finding someone to help can depend on how busy it is, but overall the selection is solid and parking was manageable.
Good spot when you need to knock out a project run.”
“This review is only for the kids workshops that take place on the first Saturday of every month. This is my go-to location for the kids workshops. They are way more organized than other locations that we have been to. They're even considerate enough to put up tents on those terribly sunny and hot days. They always have at least two employees running the workshop, they play a playlist of Disney hits over a portable speaker during those hours, and most recently, they had printed out a list of all of the people who had registered beforehand to make sure the kits went to those customers.”
“Lana provided amazing customer service at The Home Depot. We had a problem with an item we purchased, and she immediately took care of it and helped us through the whole process. She was patient, professional, and very kind. It’s rare to find employees who genuinely care about helping customers, and Lana really made the experience much less stressful. Thank you again for the excellent service!!!”
