“I bought a dress here once and you know what I like that they have a tailor that I didn't know they had. If the dress is too long it doesn't fit you ,They'll cut it for you. You go there, you try it on and if it doesn't fit the guy will measure you and they'll cut the dress for you. And that's pretty cool. I don't know if any other store has that but this one does and I like that. And even if you buy the dress on their website, they can still cut it for you.”
“Fifi is my go-to tailor in LA. She is extremely detail-oriented and has done a terrific job on countless pieces of mine, from basically remaking a coat for me, to my best friends' bridesmaid dress, to altering a casual jacket and a really nice silk skirt set, she has done an incredible job on each and every item. She is also such a nice person to be around, we laugh all the time. She also is very knowledgeable about things that are on-trend. She's helped me identify how things should look to make them more trendy. I'm very grateful for her, and Nordstrom Santa Monica is lucky to have her on the team!”

“Jose, the manager of this WLA store on Olympic & Sawtelle was AMAZING. He was so patient with my comedy of errors. First, this manager was working as a cashier to keep the line flowing and minimize the wait. He answered my many questions (right size of pants? which pair was cuter to him?). Then we both realized I needed my phone to pull up my latest rewards! I left my phone in my car on the 2nd floor (horror). He said he would wait for me and hold the transaction. He did and I returned. Then the most recent rewards I pulled up on my mobile had been used. (Burning more of Jose’s time). I had to log in, create a new PW to access my truly latest reward on the store site (ugh) to finally complete this transaction. Jose was an angel, he never lost his cool (I did numerous times). I told him he was an angel, so patient. Rare and exceptional service. He was not even trying, a natural. And his team was also nice and helpful. Thank you, Jose!!!Btw, my phone turned out to be in my shopping bag on me, not in my car, ay dios!”

We got some very lovely smelling bath and body wash, aisles were well stocked with a variety of goods from toiletries to make up, clothing such as sweater to Jeans to summer wear, slippers, even bathroom accessories. “One of the best Chai Lattes I’ve had. Tastes fresh brewed instead of syrup or powdered. They use honey so it was the perfect amount of sweet and the spices were nice without being overwhelming. Their list of scones sounded amazing but I got there late in the day so they were out of almost all their pastries! Spent a perfect afternoon reading on their gorgeous shady patio.Went for the cafe but the shop is adorable. As others have mentioned, tons of gorgeous home items and specialty food/drinks for your pantry. I was especially impressed at their selection of non-alcoholic spirits and mixers. Will definitely be back for gifts and to get my hands on those scones!Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp providing access to the store, but the store itself is quite small and it seems like a wheelchair would be a tight fit. Countertop is kind of high as well. Patio is definitely accessible though, chairs and tables could be moved to make room. I'd say...accessible for someone in a wheelchair who is able to bring a friend to order inside and help rearrange furniture.”

The equipment they have is more than enough for a great workout.Is an amazing experience to go and workout where many big names of the body building used to train together.You can just go and take pictures.If you want to actually train you need to pay a 10 USD day pass at an office that is next to it.Public parking lot at venice beach is 9 USD per day. And is like 3 min walking distance.You will meet regulars to the gym, but also many people who is just visiting, like I did.”

“This HomeGoods was large and fully stocked. Parking is decent, found parking right out front. Only issue was we couldn't find a free cart(they were not full). Was purchasing a bunch of pillows but luckily had my kids with me and put them to work. “This place is pure magic. Came in yesterday with my boyfriend to get him a suit for my cousin's wedding in a week. He asked what color and what the occasion was, took about a 7 second look at my boyfriend, and handed him an incredibly high quality suit off the rack that fit him PERFECTLY. And for only $90, it was unbelievable! He sent us to a tailor around the corner that only charged $7 to hem the pants (and had it ready in 10 minutes) so we will absolutely be back for any and all suit needs in the future. He also got a great dress shirt for $15, four ties for $35, and a belt for $15. All in all an absolutely amazing experience, go here go here go here!!!!!”

“Great shop commensurate of the standards that Anthropologie seems to have in their stores but sadly in a not so great location anymore(Santa Monica 3rd St Promenade that has gone somewhat downhill). Not the store's fault by any means, but how the 3rd st Promenade has become over the years. To bad, so sad!!But let's focus on the store, shall we?!
