“Petra Montoya is in the credit department, she is a very kind person, she helps you as much as she can to complete your procedure, look for her, she can help you”
“It was very good to visit Curacao. The boy who attended us was very friendly and responded as he should to any questions we had. His name was Ethans. He was a very good employee. Thank you.”
“The older lady and the Jewelry counter very helpful. The bathrooms were very clean when I was there. I'm not sure if its the Christmas season but people in the store were happy, cheery and polite. Didn't find what I was looking for, inventory was off. There was a lot of it just curated oddly to me. As they say tho, different strokes for different folks. Happy Holidays.”
“Hippie town with lots kooky street artists and vendors . A must see if you are in Los Angeles.. if you are ultra conservative may not be the thing for you but if you want to see the wild side this place is famous”
“Sign up for Big Lots rewards and it saves! My friend and I shopped together and shared a cart. You need to bring quarters to release a locked shopping cart.( you will get your quarter back when you return the cart in the locked position).
5 stars to Vivian, the cashier. She has helped me before when I ordered a toaster oven online, and had to pick it up at the store. She is professional, helpeful, efficient and on top of things! Vivian helped us again today and made sure we scanned our coupons. My friend and I bought a few things, but the main items were patio chairs. We brought our own bags which Vivian was grateful for and she quickly bagged everything. Thank you Vivian!!”

“The Baseline: For a department store the selection of goods must be good, have quality on the level equal to the type of establishment, good internal circulation, and a good check out payment procedure.
Service: All of the Marshal's staff I have ever interacted with in my 8 years of frequenting this Marshals location have been polite and helpful with all reasonable requests for assistance. I never have made an unreasonable request so I really can't compare against that.
Selection: Marshals has a great number of standard types of items readily available but it is not a consistent in specific products. AKA if you don't get it now it probably won't be there next time you come. That does make for a fun shopping experience to find new things.
Value: Some things have great reduced price value. Example: I bought Bones Coffee that retails at $19.99 at World Market that I bought for $8.99 at Marshals. You have to always look for the deals.”
“I had a customer service issue that was a bit thorny, with the parties to blame mostly being Nordstrom’s customer service phone line and the product’s manufacturer (Nuna)… But Nyeishia from the kids department handled the situation really masterfully. We found a solution in the end, and I’m grateful for her help!”
“It’s a good Home Goods but kind of hard to move around there. The aisles are narrow. Most of the things are there. The TJ Maxx is smaller than at the other places.”

“I really missed the class sing of the Big Lots in Pasadena. I was coming home from high desert and my sister in law and I stopped on our way home. I had forgotten how large this store was. Had a great time spending money and was able to restock on multiple items that start always bought at Big Lots. Good shopping.”
“I really like Daiso: everything you never thought available: not to the Japanese, such industrious nation. Huge difference between: Made in China, or Japan, greater quality ?”
“Kohl’s is the best!! I may give baskets for homeless kids on Skid Row, and at the Union Rescue Mission, domestic violence, shelters, and transitional living homes. Kohl’s Cares stuffed animals are wonderfully priced at $5 and $9.95. I love the fact that the proceeds go to programs that help children.”
“Self checkout is a nice addition unless you forget to have the security devices removed. Don’t recall seeing anyone who could have done it or even double checked the items for customers like me. ?”
“I always receive the best service from Shean, Ekaterina, and Sofia at Macy’s! I’ve known Ekaterina and Sofia for a long time, and they’ve consistently gone above and beyond to help me improve my style and feel more confident. Recently, I met Shean, and she was so kind, helpful, and professional. Together, they make shopping at this location a great experience every time. This is by far the best team and the best service at Macy’s!”
“Great service technicians & very competent - but Sears AI is incompetent & severely flawed, their automated workflow is broken & incomplete, and their ability to communicate & fix problems is the worst I've ever encountered. I will be canceling my account & never using the company again.”
“Great selection of clothes. Lines are always long so be prepared to wait. Order pick up takes a while every time I go but the staff is always nice and the store is always clean and organized. I prefer this location to all of the other ones I’ve been to.”
“Finally made it to DSM Dtla.
No explanation needed.
Went just to look and check out Ashley Williams,
but got completely swept away by Tejzi —
and somehow walked out with an empty wallet.
??????
He knows exactly what clients want. Effortless, intuitive, dangerous in the best way.
Personally, I feel like DSM belongs downtown —
but honestly, if it were on Sunset Boulevard,
they’d sell even more.
Of course, I’ll be back.
Always.
Love you, Dover Street Market.??????”

“Following most other local shopping outlets in SoCal, Costco has finally succumbed to the relentless entitlement of its customers who unabashedly insist on parading their puppies through the store under the guise of "service animals," when it is clear they are merely household pets. The root cause is a misbegotten ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) regulation that prevents management from requesting any hard evidence or documentation that animals are in fact trained and certified to perform needed services for their owners. The regulation permits only two questions to be asked (just Google it) and all but encourages pet owners to lie about the legal status of their pets. Costco has all but surrendered to the murky legal landscape and now joins the majority of food retailers in hosting a menagerie of mutts on leashes and even -- yes! -- in baby carriages -- pets posing as bona fide service animals, clogging the aisles and wandering underfoot to the detriment of shoppers who are already overcrowded. This is a travesty and the ADA needs desperately to update its regulatory framework, allowing for a wallet-sized document that can and should be produced on demand to show that Fido has honest business being in the store with his owner. Also, Costco should still be pressing harder to get honest answers to the two qualifying questions they are permitted to ask, before granting entrance to four-footed frauds.”

“In this specific store you only find things for women. But if you want to bring a gift to your wife, mother or loved one, it's a good place near LAX airport.”
“I picked up a suit I ordered today after having it altered, and the staff was great as always. Wendy was particularly friendly, enjoyed chatting with her during my visit!”

“I can never walk into HomeGoods and leave empty-handed. Every aisle has something new, cute decor, even things I didn’t know I needed. The store is always clean and well-organized, the prices are pretty good for the quality. Staff are chill and helpful when you need them. It’s one of those places where you go for one thing and end up finding inspiration for your whole house”
“Wow! A week ago, I stopped by the Macy's store in Culver City, for the first time since moving here last year. I was looking for a bed skirt.
Tonya in the linen department suggested I leave my contact, should she come across what I am looking for. And sure enough, she followed through with a call yesterday evening to say she has one.
Bed skirts are not easy to find. So, I appreciate her taking the time to be mindful in looking for what I had been looking for.”
“The only thing that I don’t like about Costco in Van Nuys is the crowds shopping there, particularly from Friday thru Sunday. The produce, dairy & baked goods are all well managed. However, individual items tend to have their location changed at random times. I found talking to a Floor Manager in the front really helps. My roommate listed items that were not in stock or are found only during the Holiday Season.”

“I have been shopping over at this HomeGoods for 2 years now ! The store is always nice and clean and most of the employees are pretty friendly and helpful ! I just wish they wouldn't ask me all the time about applying for a credit card ! I've never owned a credit card and I never will”
“The service in the pick up order/ return area was good but the store was very warm. Which make it uncomfortable to shop or stand in line, On the flip side the manager was very accommodating with accepting my return which was a few days past the 60 days policy so I am grateful for that. They didn't have a lot of boys underwear in 5T or 6T but I'll order online once I get home.”
“Erika B. in beauty is amazing, wonderful service and had a truly magnificent shopping experience. I felt heard and beautiful during my shopping experience as she is very knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend to all my family and friends.”
“Had a pretty good caramel miso latte, everything Danish. Neat little general store with lots of candles and soaps. Nice secluded patio with plenty of tables and shade. Great Quiet spot to meet someone for coffee or do some work on a laptop. Check it out if you need to get caffeinated or are snacky”
“One of the BEST experiences EVER in Target !!
Always a great experience at this location
But this time was with my neice, shopping for dresses and we met a TRUE ANGEL ....SAMANEH !!
Not enough words can describe her !
Incredibly genuine, kind, thoughtful & pleasant!
Just being around her, she had this AMAZING energy in her presence!
We not only found EVERYTHING we were looking for but she made us feel so welcome, so comfortable & SO SPECIAL !
She went above & beyond to help my little neice.
An incredible & important experience for a young girl looking for a dress for an event .
Again....we literally met an ANGEL
& her name was Samaneh !
She is a special person & we are grateful to have met her
THANK YOU !! & GOD BLESS YOU !!”
