Convenient garage parking access to get close to your unit for loading. The limited open hours can be a little hard to work around, but that's the exception you have to make for a very safe place to store your stuff downtown.”

I went in person to meet with the person who called me I am horrible with names but I think her name was Beth but let me say she was amazing and even though she was training someone she was professional and they both were helpful in the process of showing me the storage units and looking for the best location for myself. It was fast and easy. It was nice to see that they actually care about customer service and helping the tenants who have storage units. Both staff members were great and even though it was towards the end of the day they were still smiling and helpful. Looking forward to moving my stuff to the storage unit!”
