Ive done business with Enterprise and hertz but nothing compares to the service Waffa, at the Avis and Budget location down in the Barrington and Bundy location, has given me. Even her associate Jamal was a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend this location more. If you’re ever in need of a car rental in the sant monica area, these are the people you want to go with.”

“Due to the travel restrictions in my country with the hurricane thats traveling I am unable to travel. I tried the bot system but I lost connection and decided to call instead I received assistance from Mariana. She was very soft spoken, clear and calm. Mariana was very understanding and attentive and assisted me with making a new reservations very fast and accurate. She explained every step and ensured everything was completed properly. Thank you Mariana your assistance was greatly appreciated.”

“Can not recommend this car rental company enough. Danny was amazing at replying quickly to emails when sorting out a rental car for my under-25-year-old daughter. This was by far the most affordable option for a young driver and Danny was so helpful with sorting out payment options when her credit card was not working, Debit card payment was OK. There was no issue at all extending the rental car week by week as she was looking to purchase a vehicle and that took longer than anticipated and this was no problem at all with a few days notice given. Highly recommend, we will be using Super Cheap Car Rentals whenever we need a rental car in LA.”
“New review as of Jan 29, 2023: Tremendous difference. Both in December 2022 and in January 2023, I found the Executive section filled with brand-new luxury brands (Mercedes, Lexus, BMW, even Alpha Romeo, etc.) The few staff members I had contact with were all friendly and courteous and helpful. Complete turnaround for the better, compared to my previous experience in 2021.
Previous review in 2021: Unlike the pre-COVID time, we found the LAX lot this time had very few selections for Executive level. The car we chose had trash on the floor in the back, causing us to seriously disinfect the car ourselves since it looked like it had not been cleaned with care. Most disturbingly, when we returned the car, the employee that checked our car stuck his head into the car to check for fuel level for a very long time, while I was still in the passenger seat. When he finally lifted up his head, I was horrified to see that his mask was worn on his neck instead of his face!”

“Came here with no reservation. Joe (I think that was his name) was helping me with the booking, he patiently waited while I had to figure out my ICBC insurance stuff on the phone. He was extremely patient, professional and friendly! The rental went super smoothly. The car we got was a Toyota Camry that was very clean and great on gas. Return was super simple as well and the price I was quoted from the beginning was the price I paid. My deposit was released quickly as well. Highly, highly recommended and I will definitely use Sakura Rent A Car whenever I'm in LA! Thank you so much!”

“We rented a car in the month of April and our experience was superlative. Primarily, our rental consisted on a Toyota SUV which, due to the lack of it, was upgraded to a BMW X1 without any additional cost. During the whole process we were assisted by Gerrell, who was not only extremely attentive but also very considerate upon all our requests, having to mention also he seemed a very kind person himself. The whole of the staff was really supportive and, although Gerrell conducted most of it, helped to solve our overall doubts and needs. All in all, I would rank this experience a 10, given that we also had no inoconvenients with the car during our 3 week roadtrip.”
