After the Eaton Canyon Fire, the salesman Arman work with us and was very patient as we made changes, but help us every step of the way. Never pushed, he listened and made suggestions, asking if we were sure, or needed more time. Kept us updated, would recommend this store to all!”
“Bought an Arteriors Caviar 13 bulb chandelier nearly 10 years ago and it was having some issues. Went here on a reco. They replaced all the sockets and rewired. Chandelier never worked better. So glad I didn’t toss and replace. No BS here. No frills solid service worth the price.”
“Lucky Penny General store is a gem in Santa Monica. It's more like a home goods store, interior design style. Lots of home accessories. A mix of modern and nostalgic. The store is well lit and designed. Browsing is always fun and Claudia is the best. She also has great food recommendations nearby. I always go by for the classic candy machine. Worth considering when buying gifts for family and friends.”
“On Mother’s Day yesterday I visited the store with my mother and father and was greeted very kindly and professionally by the knowledgeable associate, Nathan. He was very attentive to all our needs and showed us many fragrances that we enjoyed. My mom absolutely loves the discounted fragrance, Kyoto, by the brand and I am always looking for a new Diptyque scent which resembles it for her. Upon asking Nathan if there are any scents which are similar, he immediately directed us to a scent from a new product like which my mom instantly adored and we purchased for her. Additionally, Nathan gave us a beautiful engraving for my mom on this bottle which includes new memories we plan to cherish that Nathan helped create. He also provided my dad and I with many samples which are superb! I will definitely be making the trip back soon to review excellent service by Nathan and the entire Grove LA Diptyque staff. “We just furnished most of our new home from here. The store has two sections, a Modern and Mid-Century Modern section. Quality ranges from very good to outstanding. It can get expensive but much cheaper than many other stores that have these styles of furniture. We purchased our furniture over the course of several purchases and every time we went in the store, there was a sale rotating amongst different pieces, so it may be worth waiting for something you like to go on sale. They also offer 0% financing. We got a promo for 24 months, so they make it easy to afford whatever like.”

“The B. David Levine showroom is in one word... stunning! He curates items from all around the world. One-of-a-kind pieces that you can't buy anywhere else in Los Angeles. I purchased a dining room table from him for a client that was made of wood that was Carbon dated at 40,000 years BC. His staff is super knowledgeable and helpful! If you are looking for truly beautiful pieces, and one-of-a-kind items, you need to check out this fabulous 'jewel of a design store' right in our own backyard.”

The new 360 seems fabulous and we can't wait to sleep in it. My wife can warm herself and I can cool. Should be great. Cip was great in handling the details. Only regret is we can't get it sooner.”
“This is a very big Hobby Lobby with an incredible selection of crafts — truly anything you can think of. They also have a huge fabric section, which really sets them apart from stores like Michael’s that don’t offer nearly the same variety, or any at all.
The store is located in a mall with plenty of free parking, which makes visiting easy. The only downside was the closing process: they started announcing the store’s closure about 40 minutes before the actual closing time, yet they only had two registers open, the checkout lines became extremely long.”

“Love World Market, however the Scavenger Hunt is rigged. The employees usually let women win the game, they're selective on who gets the prize. The most sadistic game I ever played. “I remember when this location used to be a PetSmart and I love coming to the store because it brings back a lot of memories especially when my mother and I used to shop here when it was PetSmart before she passed away 6 plus years ago I love the store because the employees are always very helpful friendly very compassionate and it makes it very easy for me to do my shop with my videos on Facebook as well as Instagram of all the goodies that come out especially for the holiday season thank you”
