When I walked into the store, I immediately noticed him helping another customer with a great sense of urgency and professionalism. Even while assisting someone else, he acknowledged me right away with a friendly smile and asked if I needed help.
I was looking for a specific screw, and Jason went above and beyond to help me search for it. He took the time to really look and made every effort to see if we could find the exact one I needed. Unfortunately, the screw turned out to be one of a kind and I wasn’t able to locate it, even after checking other stores. Despite that, Jason’s dedication and willingness to help made the entire experience incredibly positive.
