“Had an amazing experience at this bike shop, specially with Damien (the owner).
I got in town Thursday Oct 16th to participate in the Ironman Sacramento (Oct 19th) just to find out the basebar of my TT was broken during the flight.
I contacted Damien, explained the issue and my time constraints. He was able to dissemble the entire bike, change the basebar and do all the cables (shifters and brakes) in one day.
He was so helpful and understanding, and you can tell how detail-oriented he is with each bike.
Damien su saved my race and my trip!

“Let me start by saying, they do great work. I have not a single bad thing to say about their quality of work. Also they are very reasonably priced for what the services they provided. Heres why it's not a 5 star review, it took 5 months to get my bike repaired. Part of that was getting things shipped from overseas and trying to get a hold of the bike manufacturer. When I dropped the bike off (mid July) they said it would take 2 weeks before they could even look at it...reasonable given that it was summertime, but when I called 5-6 weeks later they hadn't gotten to it yet. I called to check in about once a month and they did call me a couple times, but they would give me a timeline on something and every time it was off by a couple weeks with no update. I would use their services again, but communication could be improved. They're extremely busy for a reason, just be patient.”

“If you’re looking for a good local bike shop in Sacramento look no further because these guys are awesome. I’ve been to other places but never felt the same love as I did here.
I’m a very casual bike rider so I wasn’t looking to spend a whole paycheck on a bike. It’s a no frills shop but that’s what makes it AMAZING I found a perfect bike in my favorite color and they went way out of their way to make sure the bike was in great condition for me. I love this bike so much and yeah it’s used but it’s new to me and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I rode it around for hours today and I can only give so many words of gratitude for all their hard work.
