“As a Customer I Find ...This Place Close. The Staff Friendly. They Carry a Variety of Foods and Drinks. They Have Smokes and Alcohol and Lotto. Also It is Easily Accessed Off West Capitol Ave. It is Also Family Owned. I Personally Have Been Helped by (3) Brother's and the Father. Who Have all (4) Been Very Helpful and Curtious. Somethings are a Little Pricey. But You Pay for Convience I Guess. Overall I'd Say I've Had a Good Experience.”

“This Liquor store saved our Fourth of July! They have the best selection of 40's in the surrounding Sacramento area! We drove to approximately 30 liquor stores in search of Country Club, the finest 40 oz around! And to our dismay no one had them in stock! Until we reached out to Country West Liquor, they had multiple cases worth! They allowed our tradition of attending our friends Pancakes and 40's celebration, with the classiest Country club 40's in hand, to continue for another year! Cheers!”
“Picture this: you ordered some nice true religion jeans on line and you are dying to get them. But then, they finally are delivered and you aren't home to sign for the package. Hold on, it's ok though because you can pick up your UPS package at this Poplar Food & Lquor that's open until the evening. I'm not pulling your leg on this one, its true. Apparently, UPS will leave you a missed u notice with this location for pick up. You just need your I.D. for pick up and it really is convenient. The rating is purely on the service and convenience of it. The store itself isn't a place I would normally stop to pick up some cold ones.”
“Store rep RYAN was very kind & nice to help me locate an out of stock item. I was searching for Bucked Up energy drink and he kindly checked the back for me, gave me recommendations on sister stores that would carry them possibly, and sure enough, was able to find it! I lost my finance very early on this year and its nice to know there's still some kind people left in a cold world, you dont find Ryan's kindness often in places you go, thank you Ryan! Mission accomplished. I was able to get my energy drinks and grab em on that sale, 2 for 5. Yay!

“I came in first thing in the morning, and let me tell you at first I wasn't sure about the place. Rico was a little all over the place, but he made time to check on me while he was handling business. Afterwards we talked a bit about some more local/regional distilleries, I got an amazing store pick Frye Ranch. Even though I didn't find the bottles I personally was looking for, if I found myself in the area again, I would stop by again. He truly passionate about whiskey business and being fair to new/old customers alike.”
