“The people working here are awesome and very sweet. Typical pricing for convenience store items. Cigarettes are a bit cheaper here than other places nearby. The deli food that they cook is a little expensive but it tastes great. And they accept food stamps here.”

“The new owners/operators are great. I always receive great service and product selection. They even helped me find my phone once when I lost it. The prices are reasonable as well, which is a big deal for me given how expensive inflation has made everything.”

“This is a review to clarify a few concerns people have had with other negative reviews. Not everytime you walk in that the produce comes fresh, it is not their fault for keeping produce out until the expiration date, if you see the produce expired, just inform them and they will cycle the old to the new produce. If you are worried about pricing. Its better to do your research and compare prices of what you are trying to buy, not everyone has the same prices due to market competition and demand. There will be items that are cheaper and some more expensive. When you talk to customer service or management, just remember we are all human, we all have good and bad days, its better to be calm and collective of your concerns to have others help you easier. Would you help you if you were angry and demanding? So give them the same proper respect as people who just work at a job, no one's perfect. But if you want to get something to make a meal , and many Hispanic ingredients and foods, its a simple easy stop to get chips, coffee, ice cream, candy , meat, seasoned meat , a bakery for mexican bread. A tiny bit of what a convenient grocery store should have. Thats why im leaving this review as 4 stars, its not perfect, but its perfectly convenient.”

“Best store to stock up on all your South Asian pantry staples for under $100 starting from scratch. Great deal on $5.99 cooking utensils set and $9.99 marble mortar & pestle. Clean store, nothing is dusty, everything organized AND alphebetized (!) which I truly appreciated. Also very helpful staff (father and daughter of this family-owned business I believe). The perfect one-stop shop! Same owners as Jack's Island Market, which skews more Fijian/Samoan/Tongan and also has a butchery section.”

“I had an amazing experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center! I want to give a huge shoutout to William, Carlos, and Antonio for their exceptional customer service. They were incredibly detail-oriented and took expert care of my 2018 Toyota CH-R from start to finish.

“Picture this: you ordered some nice true religion jeans on line and you are dying to get them. But then, they finally are delivered and you aren't home to sign for the package. Hold on, it's ok though because you can pick up your UPS package at this Poplar Food & Lquor that's open until the evening. I'm not pulling your leg on this one, its true. Apparently, UPS will leave you a missed u notice with this location for pick up. You just need your I.D. for pick up and it really is convenient. The rating is purely on the service and convenience of it. The store itself isn't a place I would normally stop to pick up some cold ones.”
“The Service at a Walmart, what Service? If there is any Service at all it's the crazed looked Carmen SanDiego gal from Loss Prevention drumm'in up some excitement by harassing some poor lady who without note stuck a tootsie roll in her pocket because she was having a senior moment, all the while some punk is walking past everyone and out the door with a 55" LED TV. Now the Ambiance is really a crapshoot if you ask me; depending on the day and if it lands at the beginning of the month or end can really make a huge difference on the Ambiance one will experience, but no matter what it's guaranteed to make or take your day. Don't say I never warned ya. For the food, as long as Maria's snot nose twins didn't hide your favorite Hungry Man frozen dinner in the pet food section behind some hamster food, and a week later gets put back in the freezer section...then the food is almost always on point, or within freshness dates and frozen never thawed. I give Walmart 5 out of 5 stars because it's Walmart and we demand cheap food and great entertainment, lol. Thanks Walmart.”

“This little store really is a hidden gem. They have quite a bit of stuff in such a small space! They have deli meat and cheese, cakes, refrigerated food, canned goods and a lot more! I bought some Kvass and was pleasantly surprised that they carry Doctor's sausage. Worth the trip!”
“I went in to order a cake for my daughters 1st birthday and Maria in the bakery did so amazing! She was above and beyond with her customer service, she wanted to make sure my daughter's special day was everything I hoped for. Absolutely amazing thank you so much Maria!!!! Also, I didn't catch the name of the lady who took the initial cake order but she was also very kind.”
