“My goodness! Look no further for a storage unit!! Number 1 renting online was as fast as lightening! The manager was a super star and so supportive! She texted to make sure I had what I needed to get moved in seamlessly, and the inside units are air conditioned. Just a 10/10 all the way around.. OH!!! Biggest thing is your password for the gate. it's the VERY First time i don't have to find it when I want to enter. I knew it by heart on day 1!! THESE PRACTICAL details make the BIGGEST difference!! OMG! I ended up renting a unit near by at the last minute do to StorQuest being closed and me being desperate on my last move day. It was an awful and painful experience on every level. SLOW, Couldn't access close to my unit. couldn't find how to get out of the gate and confusion that I needed a manager to open the door every time. i VOTE STORQUEST !!!!”
“Very organized and efficient, all their clerical employees were courteous and knowledgeable as were their warehousemen. I was in and out of there monstrous facility in 30 minutes and was assisted with a pick up right to my vehicle including loading. The morning I was there the temperature outside was approaching 100 yet the building was cool and comfortable even with many of the rollup doors wide open. Are you moving to a new location with time between moves? They can load up, store up, and deliver up on your schedule, no matter how big or small the job.”
“I was on a waitlist for my trailer. Cody kept me apprised of available openings. When the size I wanted came up, I got a call. They let me come to check it out. It was perfect. So I signed up.I got an unexpected call from Southport Storage. It was to let me know that the cover on my trailer had ripped. I was really impressed with how observant they were and that they followed up by calling me.I came out with a replacement cover. Cody offered to help me put it on.This is much more than a parking lot for rigs.”

“I would give them 5 stars but I'm reserving the last star, only because whomever owns this franchise, doesn't deserve the few wonderful overworked, understaffed workers. They professionally work at their optimum despite the overwhelming business. There's only so much they can do with so many customers coming in and out! They need help. The workers ( 1 or 2) at a time, never complain, are very helpful and kind. It's insanely obvious the 1 or 2 on any given shift are wearing so many hats on their shift. I've used this uhaul several times in the last several years and it's always the same. Great workers, not enough of them.”
