Said I needed new parts and loose. Few days earlier replaced and installed all new front suspension myself. Radial said everything was good and did the job. Never go anyplace else again.”

“This place has got customer service down to a science. I walked in and the wait was going to be really long. They were packed. My service tech suggested I make an appointment for the next day.

I got an appointment reminder of my phone when I left, there was No wait the next day. I was immediately checked in and my car was in being worked within 10 minutes.
Appointments are critical unless you’re in a pickle with blown treads. Thank you?
Suggestion: Vacuuming the front of the car and or windshield cleaning would raise the bar and increase customer satisfaction?”
“Had gotten a flat tire on a Sunday. There was no other car tire shops that were open. I went to this tire shop and they gave me the best still in town. Any other time that I've went in gotten tires from a different shop. They've charged me over a $70 for a used tire. They only charge me $50.”
