“Family Farm has done business there for 40 years. Always take care of everything, great service. Recently went to Les Schuab due to convenience, couldn't align my truck. Said I needed new parts and loose. Few days earlier replaced and installed all new front suspension myself. Radial said everything was good and did the job. Never go anyplace else again.”

“This place has got customer service down to a science. I walked in and the wait was going to be really long. They were packed. My service tech suggested I make an appointment for the next day.

I got an appointment reminder of my phone when I left, there was No wait the next day. I was immediately checked in and my car was in being worked within 10 minutes.
Appointments are critical unless you’re in a pickle with blown treads. Thank you?

“Had gotten a flat tire on a Sunday. There was no other car tire shops that were open. I went to this tire shop and they gave me the best still in town. Any other time that I've went in gotten tires from a different shop. They've charged me over a $70 for a used tire. They only charge me $50.”

“This is the only tire shop I go to. Can't beat the prices and the service is top notch. Open 7 days a week. Had 4 new tires installed. Was quick and a good job. Hit a pot hole yesterday and had to get a new tire. They worked with me on the price of the tire & installing. Didn't have to wait long for the new tire and was completely satisfied with the service. Highly recommend if you need to good tire shop.”

“Trusting is hard. Especially when mechanics and shops like Firestone have such a bad rap. It’s why I became a mechanic myself. I just graduated UTI (universal technical institute) with a contract signed with Mercedes Benz so I think it’s safe to say I know what I’m doing and what I’m talking about. James and Ricky didn’t know this when I came in. Yet they helped me. They went above and beyond. I had to come in today because there are just some things I cannot do legally in my garage. The Refer and I don’t have the proper tools for my brakes yet.
The costs of things…okay this is where it gets touchy…yes I have access to the site ALL shops and mechanics use to determine prices and labor. Unfortunately they are not upselling or up charging in anyway. A couple of the parts yes I’m sure we could have gotten cheaper but at what cost later down the road. Again, I get it. It’s scary taking your car in and you thinking okay I’m only going to be dropping about $300 today to okay now we are in the thousands. Our heart rates go up and shoot through the roof but they aren’t saying do it all now. And pay now. They are working with you and your budget. Inflation sucks. And yes big brands suck, but the people here do not. The mechanics at this shop are mechanics they get excited about their job, I heard it in their voices when they were helping me diag my stuff. When I told them I couldn’t do everything that day they don’t make me feel bad. I’ll be bringing my car back. It might cost a little more than what I was wanting but I feel comfortable and I am trusting this team based not just on services rendered but also all the help in which they poured in working with me on the costs of things. Thank you Ricky and James. Truly I appreciate you both and I’ll see you on Friday!”
