“I want to highlight the exceptional service I received from Darren technician and Todd manager, the top technician in the service department of Lexus Service Westminster. My 2016 Lexus GS350 broke down outside the dealership with the transmission locked and the key system completely unresponsive, a situation that usually requires towing and a long diagnostic process.
To make it even harder, this all happened on a rainy day. Most people would have stepped back and waited for better conditions, but Darren didn’t hesitate. He came out right away, in the rain, and took full control of the situation with total professionalism.
Even though my car is an older model and the issue involved complex system codes, he worked through the diagnostics step-by-step, decoding the problem and solving something that normally takes hours or even days to figure out. His ability to battle through the math codes, safety locks, and weather at the same time was impressive.
What stood out most was his calm, strategic approach. Instead of guessing, he followed the data, explained what he was doing, and made a stressful emergency feel manageable.
It’s rare to meet someone in this industry who combines deep technical expertise, fast response, and genuine care for the customer. Daren is truly the reason I will continue bringing my vehicles here. The dealership is fortunate to have someone of his caliber leading the service team.

“I only bring my cars Sunshine. They know what they're doing and will not rip you off. He saved me over $1000 to replace my cooling fan. The dealership was charging more than double for the same repair. I called them and asked for estimate which was around $700 with him. I've never had a bad experience. He is not a crook which in the past I have found many car mechanics are especially with females. Great people own and work at this shop.”

“The best in the collision business! I've used 714 Motorsports for my cars and when they opened the Collision side of things with Chuck running it, it was a no brainer to use them. Now it's been multiple years since they opened and literally they have fixed every car I own! They fixed my BMW twice in a 15 month time period since my daughter crashed it two times. Today i picked up my Tesla after being rear ended. While they are not a Tesla certified shop, they do an amazing job. They know exactly what they are doing with Tesla's and you don't have to wait 3 to 5 months to get it fixed. I was able to get my Tesla back within a five week time period, is basically unheard of in the industry right now. Ask for Chuck, he will take care of you.”
“I bought a used Audi that had leaks the minute I pulled it in the driveway. After many doubts and days in the shop, Al and his team honored their warranty and continued to track down the streamlining issues. I am deducting 1 star for cleanliness, time at shop and for not going above and beyond. Only fixed the bare necessities. There was residual glue, tape and seepage from old leaks under the hood that I found upon bringing the vehicle home. It seems that the utmost care of the vehicle was not considered, only getting the job done snd sending it home. Good, bad or indifferent, that is the over-arching vibe.”

I’ve purchased a different car since based on his recommendations. It takes me 45min-1 hr to get to this shop, and I have no issues with that. The Shop is reliable and the owner will always make time to discuss future maintenance issues. He gives helpful suggestions on how to extend the time before your next maintenance visit.

“I needed some brake pads replaced and oil changed. Brought it here and they seemed to do a great, thorough job. One thing that stuck out was the fact that they fixed the bottom covering that was dangling loose, even though I didn't mention it to them. I'll be back for sure.”

“My experience with them has been good so far. I had to have a Chevy Volt battery replacement and it seems like they are holding up to the warranty and they told me to come back because I was facing some issues. The shop seems to be honest about their work. The prices are reasonable but the waiting time might be a little bit too long for some people, they will tell you in the beginning how long the whole process will take. I chose to go with them because I figured that it seems this is something they do often and I didn't want to go with the standard mechanic shop to work on it electric car, they seem to specialize in this field.”
