“My friend and I were working on a 2017 Civic Si trying to install an aftermarket skid plate. When we took off the oem clips and hardware, it wasn't going back together properly with the new skid plate. These guys hooked us up with clips and screws that did the job and they were also incredibly fun to talk to. Will definitely be back. 10/10”
“They had some lovely toilets especially the bidets that are seat warmers. I was inclined to get it my sister was not, there was a gentleman that was a Marine corps veteran that was lively and we talked to him frequently as we saw him frequently throughout the store. Then when we got out to the street the gentleman got out of his car because he was in front of us and he was waving and laughing and made us laugh so much cuz he said fancy seeing you here or something like that. So he gets back in his car and I start looking at the back of his car and realized he's a US Marine veteran and I told him that I was a hospital corpsman in the Navy and he said a corpsman saved his life in Vietnam. I love it when a plan comes together. ? ??? ?”
“We painted the exterior of our house. Our painting contractor, Vivify, uses Dunn-Eduards paint. Working with Gina at Vivify Painting and Monique at Dunn-Edwards; we were provided with 3 different computer renderings to assist with our paint choices. It definitely helped with our final decision. Turn around time was quick. Although the paint samples were computer versions of the paint, they were very close, and it really was a useful service provided by Dunn-Edwards.

“I frequently use Lowes instead of the competition. Lowes is way less packed and much easier to get assistance finding what you need. The employees are very helpful and prices are good. They will even pricematch. You must show proof of the competitors price, then they will beat it.”

Elly not only helped us find those but also assisted us in getting a washer, an upgraded dryer, and a fridge when Home Depot didn't have them in stock. Plus, she got us some awesome discounts when we bought more items, including all the accessories and the upgraded model.

Everything was fairly organized and the prices are reasonable. I came by to check out the paint colors available and asked for a paint sample. I wasn’t sure if they had my color, but the workers were able to mix it up for me perfectly. The people there were really knowledgeable and it took less than 10 minutes for it to be ready.
The cashier, however, was quite the opposite. I had a coupon code via the app, but she had no idea how to scan it. I tried explaining it to her, but she just wouldn’t listen. She called someone over to help and we finally got it scanned. A bit of a hassle, but not a huge deal.
Will be returning in the future :)”
“The best customer service. Better than any other Homedepot. Personnel always greet you, remember you, and the most important thing they really help. Sometimes, I go to the Perris one, I regret end not buying anything and going back to the Homedepot in Lake ELSINORE.”

“I’ve been there at least four times over the years for my plumbing needs. Good customer service, never had to go somewhere else for any of the parts that I needed. Good parking easy to load my purchase and I felt that the customer service was good. I would rather go there than any of the big box stores because they always had what I needed.”
“I needed a new water heater. I was able to purchase one and receive service the next day. The sales person who helped me was very helpful. The price was average for a 40 gallon gas water heater. If you need a quick replacement, I can recommend Home Depot.”
